Texas Roadhouse

This is a great place for lunch! I was seated right away, and my appetizer was out in 4 minutes (twisted mozzarella sticks). Those were tasty. I was in luck, as they had Prime Rib available for lunch! I was in and out in 30 minutes. The wait staff was on the ball; I didn't wait or need to ask for anything. I arrived right at 11, so if you don't want a wait, need good food and service, give them a try!

Texas Roadhouse offers fresh food with big flavors. The steaks are well-seasoned and quality cuts of meat. And of course the unlimited fresh rolls and cinnamon butter are a must have that keeps you coming back. The only downside is that they only have booth seating, so large groups will have to be split and will most likely experience much longer wait times. But the food is well worth the wait. Overall I always enjoy experience at Texas Roadhouse and will endure the long wait times for quality food.

The food was delicious and the service was excellent! Our server Dakota did a wonderful job taking care of us! I thought it was really neat that you get to pick your own steak out of a window next to the grill when you walk in. The steaks were cooked perfect and the jalapeno appetizer with Cajun sauce is delicious. I will definitely be coming back!

The food is really yummy, good in quantity too. I am a foreigner here but I just liked the taste of food. Ambience is also nice. I was served with complimentary bread and dip. That's the best part of whole food for me. It was so soft, fresh and hot. I liked it. They don't have free wifi which is actually good to have for people like me who are in here for short time and need wifi for most of communications. The payment can be done digitally right from your table.

I’m very disappointed. I went there Saturday night and ordered dinner for me and my wife, both of our steaks were supposed to be medium. They were burnt. I called the manager JoJo and she was nice about our food being burnt and wrong. She gave us 2 free dinners. We go back today and look at this steak. This is definitely not medium. Just over this restaurant at this point. There is no consistency with their food. I don’t see how it’s hard to temp a steak.

My Wife, my brother and I had the pleasure of exchanging wit and humor while interacting with Allison as she tended to our every need. We ordered the 16oz Ribeye, 16oz Sirloin and the 10oz Prime Rib. Our steaks were prepared beyond our expectations! The meal itself was SIX Star!!! Allison earned your Restaurant TEN Stars from us!!

Used the online waitlist feature which was really awesome. Arrived at the restaurant at the scheduled time and was seated right away. We ordered appetizers and salads first before our meal. The salads came out before the apps and the silverware came out 15 minutes after that. It seems very disorganized all around. Our meals came out about 30 minutes later, everything was correct. We ordered dessert but the server explained about 20 minutes after we ordered that she was waiting for it to defrost so we went to get shakes at cookout instead. Bottom line, great food, subpar service.
