We ordered a drink first and instead of asking us “anything else,” she gave us our total right away. Then we tried to order our food and she never responded. She left her mic on so all we could hear was her talking to other people in the background. After 30 seconds of her not talking to us, we drove up to the window and tried to let them know we were trying to order and the lady with the mic said it was our fault for driving away. I get being in customer service sucks, but you still have to be professional, especially when the customer wasn’t being rude and was trying to let them know the situation.

Good service. I had one of thier energy drinks and it wasn't bad. Inside is not open for service right now.
Update: Saturday, September 2020; Went inside and ordered a latte and pumpkin doughnut. Service and food and beverage was good. Mask required. Inside looks clean. No indoor dining. Wifi available.

Watched an order of hashbrowns fall on the floor and out of the wrapper....and the employee picked them up, put them back in the package and sent them out the drive thru window. A couple great employees, but numerous very careless and unsanitary ones as well. Eat at your own risk!

Not sure if they are under new management or something but service used to be quick and with a smile, now you sit at Drive-through for way too long as they take one order and do not take the next cars order until they have given the 1st car their food and order. There's always a backup of cars at the drive-through with no sense of urgency from the employees to move things along.

The manager taking orders over speaker was so so rude. Girl taking money sweet. Their is no sign on fir saying lobby closed. And very big line we are all panshint in return manager should be kind. It get a new job

This location has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was treated so terribly because they messed up my ordered. I ordered a 50 count of munchkins but when she repeated my order, she said 10. I said no, 50. She then asked if I wanted assorted and said my total was $6, which obviously meant she didn’t hear me so I figured I would tell them at the window where they could hear me better. When I got to the window, the gentleman told me the person in front of me paid for my order and proceeded to hand me a bag with 10 munchkins. I told him that I actually ordered a 50 count, and he looked at the screen and said it says 10. I told him I had repeated my self and told them twice a 50 count. The girl who took my order decided to come to the window and tell me I was wrong and that she said 10 and I agreed. I told her no and that she just must not have been able to hear me. She then tells me that she will let me keep the 10 count for free (which wasn’t free as someone had already paid for it) but I would have to pay for the 50 count. I told her that was fine as I was expecting to pay for the 50 as it was what I was trying to order. As she was ringing it in, she begins a tangent about how she had to repeat herself multiple times, and that I was beyond rude to her and “but the customers are never wrong, right?!” in a mocking tone so I told her I could hear her and asked to deal with a manager in the hope for better treatment. Unfortunately I was wrong. The manager came over and told me that I was going to have to pay for the munchkins, which I never asked for them to give them to me for free, and proceeded to tell me it can sometimes be hard to hear through the headset. I told her I wasn’t trying to get anything for free and that I asked her to come over because her employee was being incredibly rude to me. All she said was ok and walked away. I am beyond disgusted. I used to frequent this location on a regular basis but will never go back. This treatment was so unnecessary and absolutely appalling. I’d rather pay twice the money for better service at Starbucks. The sad thing is, these places are franchised so they are hurting a small business owner, not just a big corporation. Disgusting behavior and from reading the reviews, I’m clearly not the only one who’s been treated this way. Save yourself the trouble and go to Starbucks.

This place is terrible! Although I do like the chain of duncans I do not recommend going to this one! Every time I come here they always mess up my order. If you order a bagel they don't spread the cream cheese on for you and you have to do it yourself which is very inconvenient and obnoxious. I do not recommend.
