Best cucumber roll... Bartenders are on point.. Fresh sushi and very generous with their portions.. Sushi chef gave us some sushi to sample.. New owner is very nice too... some of the people reading bad reviews I think just don't like change.... I think it's better and love that they have karaoke back

My family had a surprise birthday party for me last week, and I must say everything was fantastic!! The sushi was excellent! The food was great and everything came out in a timely manner. All the party guests were very happy with the food and service. Drinks were always available since we had the best waitress!! Melinda was absolutely fabulous! She even made me a special birthday drink (see photo)! We didn’t have to wait for anything! The general manager, Jason, was there to make sure everything went smoothly. We even stayed for a little bit of karaoke! Thank you for making my birthday so special! We have always loved Yong Shings and will definitely be back!

Not as described in menu. Yong shing pork described as pork, scallions, cucumber, egg, carrots and bean sprouts. For many years this was a family favorite. Today we got pork, carrots and bean sprouts only. Very disappointed. On the plus side, the waitress was very nice.

Haven't been in years, apparently they have new owners. The good: the food is very flavorful compared to a lot of then hole in the wall Chinese restaurants I usually order from. The not so good: Service at the start was pretty slow. Waitress was very friendly, but it was kind of unorganized from the moment we walked in the door. It got a little faster as it went on, all in all we spent about an hour and 15 here. The prices seem a little high for the portions. Ordered the sizzling seafood platter which was $20 and it came with mostly cheap imitation crab meat. 3 shrimp and 3 small scallops, was expecting a bit more for the price. Very flavorful, even though the platter was by no means sizzling when it came out. Also got the orange chicken, again, very flavorful, but lukewarm at best. I think that was $15 bucks and the portion just seemed small for that price. The biggest issue came with the fact that nothing else came with these "House specials". I'd expect basic white rice with the option to upgrade it to fried rice or something, but no. I think an order of white rice was like $2.00, but immediately jumped to around $8.00 for plain fried rice. All in all, I wouldn't say it's bad. I'm not sure when the new owners took over, but if it was recently, I'd imagine the experience would improve as they get used to everything. I won't go back for the foreseeable future, but I may give it another shot in a couple of months to see if they have improved.

I love this place. Food is good, drinks are good. Everyone is struggling with help so yes sometimes a bit slow but a sign of the times. Crab Rangoon are fantastic, love the house rice well. Its reasonable priced. Great people work there

I can’t say enough about this place. The best Chinese I’ve had in 26 years! The sushi, I just can’t get enough of. They have the tastiest boba drinks now. They also offer dessert!🍨 They don’t skimp ya on the drinks. The service is great. Really friendly, attentive and entertaining staff. & the karaoke is finally back. Huge improvements. If you haven’t checked it out, you’re missing out.

Dinner was delicious! Even more notable than the lo mein and orange chicken was our wonderful server, Sharon. She was so warm, inviting and kind! What a wonderful evening. We hope to return for the karaoke per her suggestion.
