This was Noel and I's second experience with this wonderful place. Our first visit, no complaints at all. Today, we came in, sat down and a waitress handed us menu's and asked what we wanted to drink, we said hot tea. She came back with the hot water, but no tea bags. In the meantime, we were chatting with Denny, a long time friend. Finally got our tea bags and she never took our food order. We patiently waited 10 minutes or so and finally another waitress came over and took our order, she said, that our first waitress should have took our order. Well, another 10 minutes pass, and our first rude waitress set a plate of food in front of me and it was not what i ordered. The other friendly waitress ended up taking care of us. Not sure what was wrong with our first waitress. She was an older lady, maybe she is going thru manopause.

Best breakfast in Auburn. Great taste, reasonably priced, good portion sizes, services that know what you order and tons of locals that you can catch up with. And who doesn’t like the classic diner theme.

Read the one star review and could not believe what I was reading. I have eaten there many times and have had nothing but good experiences. Fast friendly service and very very good food.

We stopped here to eat on our way to the car museum. Definitely worth it. The food was so good and the staff was super friendly. My favorite kind of little diner.

My friend and I had the opportunity to have a delicious lunch served by some wonderful and welcoming staff. I was very impressed by the warmth and sociability of our server and the fact that there were many “regulars” also having a meal. I really appreciated the sense of community. I ordered a country fried steak with eggs over easy along with American hash browns. I may have had a slice of apple pie with vanilla ice cream for dessert? My friend had a BLT sandwich. I really enjoyed the hospitality and American style cooking. I would definitely stop by again if I was in the area.

This is what Main Street America should look like. Home town feel far away from the corporate chain madness. You have found where the local people stop in for breakfast and a genuine cheerful atmosphere. The staff love their job and it shows!! Great food, good portions. Excellent job, North Main Street!

Great spot to eat. The seating was great. Nice spot to get a bit to eat. Reminds me of the old days sitting down and eating. Staff was really nice. They food was great!!! A hidden gem in the community for food. Eat there once and they will have you coming back again.. Put the ticket they give you in the jar and you will have a chance to win a meal a week for a week. They draw once a week for that. Hopefully you can sit down and order or just grab something to go!!!!! The place is nice and clean . Don't forget that they are on the north side of town. You will not be let down in the amount of food they cook for you. Will be taking it home in a box. They are fast and friendly here!!!

Small local diner. With good food, and a great price. Feel free to seat your self, as you don't get alot of direction and people stare. Staff is few and busy but friendly and attentive. Lots of locals, so you can feel like you're invading space especially with everyone call each other by name. Once the food came I could care less. The portions are good and the food was very inexpensive. Cheap to fill up for less then $20, with good diner food.

We ordered breakfast. We sat in a booth its a quirky 50 diner setting. Great staff food was hot and fast. They had great low carb options. We will return.
