Oh my goodness this place is terrible. The drive through employee basically yelled at me in the middle of my order. They forgot fries on two chicken baskets and he yelled at us again saying the fries were under the chicken (which they were not) because it wasn’t even in a basket like it normally is… no toast, no gravy, no dipping sauce. The soda tasted like it had been sitting out for 3 days. I called and asked for a refund and the guy on duty said Michelle his DM doesn’t allow him to do refunds? I’ve been coming here since the late 90’s. I know times are hard but not that hard. I want my money back, the burgers were literally not edible. I feel like I just got robbed for 50 bucks. Do not go here. You will probably get sick. I’m not kidding. Look at the photos. These burgers looked microwaved. No joke. I’ll be calling back on Sunday to talk with another manager that has permission to give refunds. I included my receipt on the photos with the order number. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!

I placed an order through the mobile app since the line was taking so long through the drive-through because their dining room is permanently closed. I let them know at the window who the order was for and they told me to stay in line. When I got to the window they asked me to clarify which order was mine and I did so. They then asked if we ordered any drinks. (Can’t they see that from the order?) so I let them know. We were given our meals however we noticed there was no onion rings. I asked them about it and they informed us they were out of onion rings at that time instead of letting me know before completing the order. I asked for a refund and they told me they could not provide a refund or any gift certificate to comp. I was told I had to go through the app to request a refund. I asked the manager if he could show me how and he said he could not. They didn’t even give us our blizzards. I paid additional for the blizzards and the onion rings that we did not receive. I have submitted the request however their response is that they are dealing with a higher than usual volume of inquiries and may be able to get back to me. This is not promising. Lessons: 1. Their dining room is permanently closed. 2. Don’t order here. 3. Don’t expect a refund if they cannot provide the service you paid for.

Terrible service. I could tell the girl at the front counter was trying to complete our order. But she wasn't getting cooperation from her team. She couldn't find the cookie dough. They were yelling at each other. The blizzards we ordered took forever, were made in the back room, and had messy ice-cream spilled all over the cups. Our cheeseburger was microwaved and served. Warm pickles....yum. We won't be going back.

Not much good about this place. First of all, in April 2022, the lobby is still closed (presumably due to COVID), making ordering at the drive-thru required. The problem is they are SLOW; I got stuck behind a car whose order took about 15 minutes. Instead of asking that car to pull over like other restaurants do, they made us both wait for that first car's order, even though I was only ordering a blizzard. The employees were standing around joking with each other while forcing their customers to wait what is really an inordinate amount of time for ice cream. When ordering, the drive-thru speaker is also barely audible. Can't really hear anything the employees are saying. The prices are crazy too -- to be charged $6-something for a medium blizzard, after this kind of service, is too much. I'm moving to the area so I might update the review if I get better service in the future. But I'm going to try to avoid coming here as much as possible if this trip was any indication of how the service here normally is.

If you like DQ than I assume the food is decent. I think their food is mediocre so I am biased in that. The service here was so slow. I have never waited so long to be acknowledged at the window, and usually wait 10+ minutes to get an order. The staff was nice enough but the didn't wear their masks right so it makes me concerned if they care about health & safety concerns, like do they wash their hands? I dunno

Only reason I gave 1 star rating was because app won't allow me to take any away. Food was horrible, ordered food and paid and was then told lobby was closed all in all I'd give them a -6. If you want good food from DQ you have to make the trip to Texas. In my opinion, close the doors and chain em shut!!!!

I was shocked by the way this employees were engaging in unkind and rude behavior.I went to pick up an order for their customer,I went at the door since I wanted to use the bathroom, they were all looking at me from far and not attempting to come to hear what I had to say,I tried calling one who came close to the door to pick something but he hand signed me to go to the drive through, I tried to show him I was a delivery driver on my phone but he just turned away,I could see them laughing. The line at the drive through was soo long and I was wondering whether to cancel the order to go find a bathroom. All I want to say is,this specific place need to do better with customer service.Also,they need to allow delivery drivers to use their bathroom as long as we show them the order.95% of all other places including other DQ allow delivery drivers to use the bathroom,it's just common courtesy,Do better and improve your service.

Terrible. Happy to see Lobby open... Big mistake. Floor was fly trap sticky. The guy behind the counter struggled to take our order(2 blizzards) and was extremely slow, seemingly not caring about a thing. While waiting we noticed the blizzard machine. It looked like a crime scene. He slowly made the the first blizzard, didn't flip it for us and turned around. Then grabbed a towel out of a bucket and started ever so slowly wiping the counter and topping area. When we asked for our second blizzard he stated he "had to clean the machine". He continued to wipe the counter then made second blizzard. He never wiped the blizzard machine. The entire inside area was dirty and employees seemed to not care. We won't be returning.
