The food was good, the service was fast. My only complaint was that the place felt dreary and dark. To be fair, that could've been due to the time of day I was there and it might be more pleasant later in the day, as there are plenty of windows and lots of natural lighting.
But again, let me emphasize that the staff was fast and they were nice to work with. Lots of hustle and a steady stream of customers, both in person and in the drive-through. I was not disappointed.

The fries are always cold and mushy I had to go back 8 out of 10 times the very few time I go there I had to go back. and the cashier was a bowl full of sunshine and I'm sorry u hate your job but at least u can be polite. she just handed my remake of fries no I'm sorry about that NOTHING just said waiting for the remake in a very moody voice. Started off by not giving me my change, but i let it slide because it was only $0.21. Then, they storeys me a burger, and finally when i went to get the missing burger, the lady was rude and tried to say that they weren't wrong. Crispy chicken sandwich, 4a on the menu, was literally chicken on a bun with 3 very dry pickles... nothing else. Fairly disappointing

We ordered milkshakes and the manager forgot the straws. He said he will bring them and never did it. I went inside and he looked away and hid behind the counters. I asked another customer service agent to provide the straws and she did. The manager needs training on customer service.

Ths was literally the best McDonald's I have ever had in my life. I never knew that chicken nuggets actually had flavor other than grease...I was amazed. I don't know what what they did so differently but it was life changing. Even the Big Mac was awesome!

This morning stopped by and tried to order. They asked will I be using mobile app today I said no thank-you. Then nothing. Two cars pull up to other keyosk and ordered still nothing on my side. Another car pulled up ordered and gone. Finally someone said can I help you. Ordered 2 coffees they said wait a minute. Another car ordered, then they said anything else. I said yes oatmeal and 2 cookies. And to top it off they wanted me to pull forward. I think they were offended when I said no!!

McDonald's ask for the normal is very standard on what they do and they made those same standards all the time for the most part the only problem I have is getting the patties hot for the most part they give you my fries the way I asked for him without salt which is nice but my hamburger patty should be hot my chicken sandwich patties should be hot the bond should not be the same temperature as the burger aside from that they did just like normal just like they always do and I use the app to order which does not give you options that you should get with it but it's the way it works anymore thanks to covid-19 people don't come to face-to-face anymore it's a bad no no taboo which is stupid
