Not sure I will ever order from here again. I ordered 3 chalupa cravings boxes, a strawberry freeze and a fiesta potatoes. The food was very cold. The chalupa had maybe 2 pieces of meat, the rest was lettuce and tomatoes. The soft taco has a little smear of meat, and the rest was lettuce. 2 mountain dew Baja blast were ordered. Got one and the other was a Sierra mist. This is very ridiculous. Please get it together.

I never receive my soft tacos from this taco bell. The one time I finally got them, there wasnt even any meat in them.

Dear Taco Bell, when I come thru and order 2 party packs with no lettuce, I really don’t expect to get extra lettuce. My husband can not have lettuce under any circumstances due to a health issue. It’s dang near impossible to check an order like that in the car. Truly disappointed tonight.

Very disappointed in our dinner we spent a lot on dinner ,1) my fiance's frezzy was 3/4 full
2) nothing was said on the order board that the box meal burrito with chicken was 🔥 hot.
3) this place doesn't answer the phones .
4) some of the food was not wrapped well .
Taco Bell has gone down hill . It just seems that the managers can't make sure the food is done properly ,if my restaurant was run like this I would not be in business.

It's taco bell, the usual ppl at the window that aren't very qualified to work in customer service most have the personality of a raw cabbage, u know typical ppl at work hating their lives and making sure everyone knows it. But the food was good so ya know, it' is what it is.

Does anyone else notice that during Covid pricing has gone up, but service sucks? I asked for no ice and got ice. The crunch wrap supreme wasn't cooked through, and it was put together sloppily. I don't eat fast food often because it's overpriced with long lines and disappointing. Taco Bell has been garbage since they got rid of the Mexican pizza. I was in a pinch, so I went here but hard pass in the future.

Everytime..everytime I go there
They always miss something in the order or if I pay for extra chicken in burrito as they asked..they never add in food but charge me money..this Taco Bell Managment sucks.. make sure if you ever go there and receive your order make sure you have everything in the bag …you ordered.

Just went through the drive thru and ordered a Steak Power Menu Bowl and instead of steak they have Ground Beef in my bowl.
What the ? Totally ruined the taste.
