Just went for dinner and there was only one person working both the line and the register. There were about 8 people in line and it was moving incredibly slow. There should be at least two people up there for a dinner rush? Also they were out of meatballs. If it it’s so slow to where only one person is working, how do you run out of meatballs? That’s a recurring issue I’ve noticed at all Subways. The guy working was nice and my sandwich was good. Definitely not his fault and he hid his frustration well. I can empathize with him as I work in food service. Management/people making the schedule should be more efficient.
