Carl's Jr.

I live 10 mins closer to the location off Grass Valley Highway, but they've been closing at least an hour before the listed (on Maps app) 10pm close time. So 9:43pm, I'm starving, and race to this location. I arrive 9:52pm, order from a very friendly woman, and pull up to the window. There were 2 other cars ahead of me when I pulled up, but all 3 of were done by 9:59p. I ordered the Guac Burger meal. I don't eat fast food much anymore (high prices, lower quality, & making healthier choices), but love this Guac burger. My husband brought 1 home from our G.V. Hwy location last week.... very little guac, and tasted like it had been sitting (around 6pm on a Wed). Let me just say, my meal tonight SURPASSED my expectations. I had to look something up before getting back on the road, which took an extra 10 mins before I could open my bag. My drink = Dr. Pepper (1st soda in 5 months) = FRESH The fries = PIPPIN' HOT (not warm), perfectly cooked, just the right amount of ketchup packets (4) vs. (small) fry ratio, & perfect amount of salt. My burger = STILL HOT (again, not warm), EXCELLENT flavor, & as for the Guac, let's just say there was NO MISTAKING this burger for anything else. I actually thoroughly enjoyed my meal. I'm confident this location just knows how it's done right, everytime. They have earned a repeat customer willing to drive the extra 10 mins, passing another Carl's Jr on the way to purchase a much higher quality experience all around at this Lincoln Way location going forward.
