The whole experience was ridiculous. The drive up line was unbelievable and slow. I hated myself for staying on it. When I ordered I asked for two Double Stacks, with ketchup and pickles only. No cheese, no mustard, no onions. Staff repeated the order and I then paid and finally received the food. On a hunch I pulled over and checked the order. Not surprisingly, it was wrong. Cheese and onions on each burger. I went ito the store, asked for the manager and explained my dilemma. She asked what I had ordered and then came back with a fresh bag of food. Fortunately I checked it again before I drove away. And guess what? Cheese, onions, etc... Really? Again I went in and saw the manager. She was borderline rude, like I was making this up. No apologies, no refund, no incentives like a free drink for my trouble. Nothing, flat. She said she'd make them herself, and out of character I asked "how hard is this?" Well, I finally did get the burgers as ordered, but of course my fries were now cold from all the waiting. I will not be returning to this Wendy's again.

I came in at 9:30pm to order two regular frosties. I was told I could not order at the counter because there was no one to operate the register(???), so I had to use the self-service kiosk. When my frosties arrived, I noticed liquid splashing underneath the covers—they were not at all frozen. I pointed out to the employee that I’ve never seen a frosty like that in the 40 years I’ve been having them. She replied that they had just refilled the chocolate frosty machine, and that it wasn’t cold enough yet. That’s when she should have said—‘we don’t have this available now,’ or ‘if you’d like to wait, it will be ready,’ or ‘let me give you a refund.’ None of the above happened. When I worked at McDonald’s 25 years ago, we would never have offered that kind of service, at least not where I worked. I’ve had to put them in the freezer now. Additionally: Board of Health would have plenty to say about lack of cleanliness visible behind counter, cleaning sprays sitting in food service areas. Management here needs to step up. Good service and professional standards support the reputation of the whole brand.

I went there a like 1:30 today (29/4) and stood in line for like 10 minutes when finally a staff member came up to us and said you can only put the orders in on the way computer thing there have. When the food came it’s was cold to the touch I had to ask for the cups. And while waiting in line one of the mangers went up to someone that was waiting in line and only had cash the same thing they talk of but with a bad attitude. Then I ask for the the ghost pepper ranch because they were none in the bag it was hot honey which I didn’t ask for. She gave my an attitude and say there none left that why I gave you the hot honey which is something that I can’t have do to a medical problem and if I where to eat it I would get sick I will never go back to this location

Damn, horrible customer service. Miserable girl taking the orders. Miserably girl taking the money. Miserable employees all around. I get that food service isnt an easy job (because I’ve been working in it for 15 years now) but not an excuse for being blatantly rude. I remember when the staff here wasn’t so awful. Wendy’s pay your employees more so you can afford better ones.

Waited 15 minutes or more for undercooked chicken nuggets and old, cold, dry fries. Bunch of kids running around doing nothing. Worst experience I’ve had at a fast food place in ages. Never going back.

I told them that the order was going to be late, but they said , they don't care, please line up again, I'd like to give negative points if you can

What you would expect from any wendys. I wouldnt really recommend the crispy chicken sandwich cuz it was kinda soggy when i got it. The classic version of the fries was also better than the new version.
