Review Sangria's - Attleboro

Our experience at Sangria's was very good. The food was excellent, service was prompt and helpful, and the prices were reasonable. I'm giving them 4 stars instead of 5 was for 3 reasons: 1) too much of the food was fried; 2) there wasn't a great selection for vegetarians; 3) the Tapas servings were generally too big. Ideally, Tapas should be small dishes allowing you to sample a number of items. For some of the dishes, one item was a full meal. That said, everything we did have tasted great, and I'd go there again without hesitation.

Yummy Portuguese tapas and wine! Extensive menu, although we only had the tapas. Everything was delicious, and came out hot. Poor waitress was the only one taking care of all the tables so she was running back and forth a lot but that's to be expected in a family run place. Beautiful atmosphere and great cocktails too. We will be back!

Stopped in w/o a reservation and, despite being completely booked, the hosts tried to accommodate us. Fortunately a reservation for 6 called to say they had only 4 coming and a table was arranged for us. The waitress was very educated on the food and wine. Food was good. The host chased us down after we left to give us a scarf we had left behind. Great experience overall.

I took my husband out to dinner at Sangria's tonight for his birthday. The food was AMAZING, the atmosphere was GREAT, and our server, Kristina was INCREDIBLE! She was friendly, knew the menu, and made great suggestions. She was also handling several tables at the same time and making sure she made everyone a priority! She went above and beyond!! I was there Saturday night, we arrived a bit after 9:45pm and they give us a nice table with a smile.....and then we order some drinks and food. The paella was hot and delicious, lots of assortment of seafood and topped with a half of lobster, every bite was amazing! I ordered the Grilled Octopus.... OMG I'm going back just for that. Waitress was nice and friendly. I love Portuguese food myself but not everyone know how to make it right. I highly recommend Sangria"s. I'll be back soon! My new spot!

Food is excellent. Sangria is amazing. Good ambiance, wait staff informative and attentive. Great place for a date night. You can have a full meal from their many entree choices or have a variety of their tapas (smaller plates) with your favorite Sangria or cocktail.

I love this restaurant for the first time coming here. The atmosphere and food are amazing. That is why it was always full booked. This restaurant has made Portugese cuisine an upper level. It was Saturday night and we got a table at 8:30 because they are full booked before 8:30. We ordered Portugese hush puppies and home fries with Portuguese seasoning for appetizer. They came out amazing and we know we have made a good decision coming here. For the entrees, my husband got Grilled chicken pasta with pink vodka sauce and parmesan cheese. It has a lot of flavors. We can tell that the taste is layer on top of layer. I got Paelhan Valencinna which includes everything: lobster, chicken, sausage, claims, little necks, scallops. It was so so good. We will definitely come back many many times. I highly recommend this restaurant for those who love to try new and good food.

The food was fantastic and our waitress was knowledgeable and enthusiastic. My only negative comment goes to the older male host with the glasses. He very clearly rolled his eyes as we walked in and made us very uncomfortable as he sat us. The food was great, and we'd definitely return regardless of the host!
