Stopped in for a terrific lunch. Started out with some guacamole, which was fantastic. Steak and shrimp fajitas were delicious. Large cleaned shrimp and skirt steak cooked perfectly. Service was excellent, as was the atmosphere. We'll definitely be returning.

I’m impressed with this place! We were looking for something to eat quickly after a bus as we had our basketball match started in half an hour. Instead of choosing Subway sandwiches we went to his modern mexican restaurant. It was around 3 pm, not many people and we were served really quickly. Food is quite decent taking into consideration that we love mexican cuisine and tried it in many places. Service is outstanding! Atmosphere is nice, clean, calm place, just what you need for a rest stop before exploring the city.

This place is wonderful. They have a vegan menu for vegans. They have meat options too. The food was great. They have a full bar with two televisions to watch the games. The staff was friendly and respectful. Their chips and salsa with good. It was a nice chucky salsa. The salsa was not water down. They have takeout too. They have a charging station near the bar, but no lock box for the phone. Overall, I will coming back again.

Looks very small from the outside, but it's actually pretty big because the restaurant is long rather than wide. Their decor is also very nice and creates a pleasant atmosphere. Although I wasn't feeling incredibly hungry when I went here, their chips and salsa as well as their wings certainly did the trick. They were super flavorful and the wings came with both buffalo sauce and blue cheese on the side which was good for controlling how much you want. The Mexican coke was also pretty good, but a little expensive which makes sense I guess if it's imported from Mexico, but I didn't like how their menu didn't have any classic Coca-Cola or Pepsi products because I'm someone who drinks a lot when I eat so I would have appreciated free refills on fountain drinks rather than buying two $4 Mexican cokes, but not the biggest deal in the world. Going back to the food, I tried a chicken taco from a family member as well and it was flavorful and definitely worth it (and this is coming from someone who has eaten Mexican food all over New York City). Will definitely return here the next time I'm back in Atlantic City.

Came to AC for the vegan fest, and decided that we really wanted to go here. It is refreshing that we didn't have to substitute anything or ask for something(s) not to come on the food. The service was great, really great, the food was the best vegan food I have ever had. The place isn't overwhelming scented by what they cook. The adult beverages were made right, not too strong or too weak. The decor is great, it feels welcoming wherever you look inside. I would recommend to anyone to eat here, especially vegans. If I lived in Atlantic city or around here I would need a second or third job so I could eat here at least once a week. Thank you for the amazing meal, and keep doing the work of whatever deity you believe in.

Vegan menu: amazing. It's not easy to find this quality of vegan food in a place that serves meat. All the vegan options were well thought and outside of the box, definitely not your usual "and one veggie taco for our vegan client". The service was fast and very friendly. Also I noticed that they throughly sanitized all surfaces between customers. My husband mentioned it's the best Mexican food he ever had.

The food was delicious, large portion for the nachos. Great gluten free options, and the waiter was very nice. We changed the refried beans for black beans.

Savory authentic mexican food at a decent price. Family owned and extremely friendly service. The drinks were also delicious and had fun themes. They also have a great selection for people who are gluten free 10/10

A great hole in the wall Mexican restaurant located in the heart of Atlantic City. A great place to stop for lunch or dinner. Try their lunch specials. Friendly, local atmosphere. Great portions for the price.

The passion fruit margarita was absolutely Amazing! The food is good as Mexican cuisine goes, different from authentic Mexican food. Good place to visit in the area.

The service was excellent. The mango marg was delicious, as we're the chips, salsa, and signature burritos. This place is a can't miss.

Food was great. Prices are not bad either. Service was friendly. Not far from the boardwalk for an overall great meal experience. Their hours are a little limited currently.

Great little Mexican food joint. Good atmosphere and food in Atlantic City. Soft tortillas for the tacos seem fresh made. Carnitas are great, and mole enchiladas are very good. Bar scene is nice. Great location off the boardwalk, near Caesar's. Pricing is very reasonable given proximity to casino's.

We came into Atlantic City solely for a good dinner, as we're not gamblers and it's tough to please 4 young kids at any single attraction. What were rewarded with was a GREAT dinner and 4 kids who were pleased at a single attraction! Where to begin...overall, the ambience was a nice upscale taqueria feel. We started with drinks, and mine was a very good margarita, made right. The mojito next to me was also very tasty and my oldest daughter commented that she was enjoying the "best Shirley Temple ever!" Okay, score round 1 to Los Amigos. But then to my surprise the kids were eating the salsa. Chips, yes...they always eat chips, but salsa on the chips? This is to say it wasn't too spicy nor to runny nor too thick and chunky. Just right, like everything we experienced here. Now, one of the highlights of the night was the vegan Fried Chicken. These are relatively large blocks of tofu, battered in the most delicious coating a vegan could ask for, and fried to a crispy perfection. Oh my goodness...wow! We ate 2 orders of them and wanted to take more home. The owner stopped over to see how our meal had gone and commented that this was a new item on the menu, normally reserved for those who follow the restaurant on social media, but they made a big batch for the holiday weekend and we're so pleased that they did. Our server, JP, was super attentive and helpful even with a very busy room. That carried over to the bussing team... everyone seemed to move with urgency but not rushed...a we'll oiled machine. It was great service all around. My wife and I enjoyed wonderful vegan entrees and the kids enjoyed the kids menu which, while small, is just right for a family with 4 young omnivores and 2 vegan parents. Everyone was pleased with their options. We took dessert to go and everyone told me it was amazing...they didn't save any! Oh well, we were coming back anyway but this is a good excuse to make it sooner! Thank you Los Amigos for a great dinner and a nice evening.
