We hosted an event here and 3 other Tennessee Ave spots for the NJ Conference on Tourism. The Iron Room could not have been a better location. The staff was amazing - engaging, professional and helpful. The drinks & food were perfect. I can not recommend them enough.

So here's the thing: I almost didn't write this review. I really didn't want to. Why? Because I'm naturally a selfish man. I don't like sharing when I find something I really and truly enjoy. It means that there is less for me to have all to myself. That doesn't do justice to something special, though. It's a hard thing to come to terms with, because ultimately? It comes by way of a personal sacrifice. So, understand that it is through a herculean resolve and a measure of humanity that comes somewhat begrudgingly. The Iron Room. Handedly the definitive gem of Atlantic City. Perhaps of all of New Jersey. This place is alive, vibrant and lacking the soulless atmosphere of the casinos and its' nearby ilk. The food is spectacular: a regular dinner (small and large plates) offering are thoughtful, extremely well designed and carry a harmony of stiletto-sharp flavours and balance. Any available specials are absolutely worth checking out because in the last year in getting to know these folks the rare time I am in town, it is a reliable constant where, if you let your meal decisions be driven by the clever recommendations of staff, you will *never* be disappointed. Like whisky / scotch / bourbon? You are in for both a treat and a straight up masterclass on incredible offerings. Make a night out of navigating the hundreds of options with the help of extremely knowledgable staff. I personally am a huge bourbon nerd and found bottles here that had my hackles raised in the opportunity to sample them. Any aficionado would be purely thrilled to sit at this bar. Impress work clients and enamour your dates with a spellbinding and versatile selection. Lastly, this is the type of place that you can walk in as a stranger and strike up conversations that leave you laden with new friends. The type you look forward to seeing the next time you wander through town. The experiences you extract from the Iron Room are rare and veritably priceless and are the type you dote on when in some other bar or restaurant in an obscure corner of the world. 5/5 stars that are richly deserved and leave you wishing there was an option to give a sixth, "genuine life experience" star. Come here as soon and as often as you can, and enjoy all of the things that make this Canadian call the Iron Room his honest-to-goodness local.

I had an amazing time at this place! All the brown liquor, the fantastic burger and fries (like the best that I ever put in my mouth) and the fantastic service. Try a flight and ask about the liquors that you can only get at the Iron Room because they bought all the barrels! I would absolutely recommend coming here any time you are in AC.

Great deals for happy hour, lots of small plates with lower prices. Chicharronnes are my fav app there. Truffle mini mac & cheese is now a close 2nd. Nice, diverse craft beer draft menu.

We had such a blast here. Their food preparation was very impressive, the staff was great and their cocktails and beer selection made the evening even better.
