My son lost his red hat that says my last name on it last night and my wife went to look for it and it was gone so the main manager let it get stolen that hat cost me 40 bucks and I am not happy about. Plus it has my last name on it.
Cook made food wrong once then gave us another burger that tasted like it was rubbed against the ground and was extremely greasy. The burger had no sauce and was again MADE WRONG. I would give you a zero but I can't, so I give you a one. Do better Burger King, do better.
Prepared food with no gloves. Slow worker. Prepared customer that walked in 5 minutes after us and served them first gave the other customer our order along with theirs and tried saying he didn't know what happened to my order

Was once told "we are busy, come back later". The absolute worst bk around, don't let the remodel fool you. Most recently, no burgers, at BK, not so much the king of burgers with no burgers.
They are extremely slow in drive thru waited like 20 minutes just move up and then when got to window had to wait again and some other people just drive off 🙄 will not be going back to burger King then when got food it was cold then saw crew drop something it was our food then denied it when we just
#8 Chicken sandwich is my favorite. The fries with zesty sauce is yummy! The drinks aren't so great.
