If you like smashed and soggy Burger Buns, meat with the consistency of Rubber and repeating your order 3 times. Then this place will fit that requirement. Very troubling that America spends hard earned dollars on subpar food, with zero care given for preparation and delivery of said items to you. Will never dine at this place again..

If zero stars was possible, it would get one. First, the speaker system is atrocious. The volume is so loud, staff are distorted and feels like they are screaming into your face. They apparently can't understand a thing you say, either. They are either poorly trained on how to use it, it is not calibrated correctly, or it's out of date. But probably all of the above.
The staff are rude, and get very impatient and frustrated when they apparently can't hear you do to their faulty equipment.
There are often not many customers, but the wait time is very long. I have tried to be patient on multiple occasions, thinking well the food is being made fresh. No, it is always a let-down. Sonic used to be a very good fast food location, but this location is going downhill very fast. The food is often overcooked (cheese sticks with the insides fried out of them), or tastes stale and old (hamburger buns stale and crumbling)
Kind, knowledgeable staff can make up for food that is lacking, but this place has no hope. The employees have an attitude as if they don't care and don't want to work. But this all reflects the management. If management cared, it would be better and staff would care more.
I believe I have had my last visit. My last visit, I drove away without even ordering, the staff was so rude.

They get my order correct and the veggies are not mixed. (Some place get onions in the lettuce) Their drive thru speaker needs replaced, sound like an A.M. radio version of the teacher from Peanuts.

This place is fast. The carhops are nice. However you can't park A vehicle requiring more than 9' clearance anywhere other than illegally in a fire lane

I ordered off the app & I waited maybe 10 minutes for my order. The drink was good but the wrap was the wrong size. They gave me the jr size but I paid for the Frito Chili Wrap not the jr frito chili wrap.

Sonic in Atlanta Texas has good food and very good carhops but overall the prices are too high. I would patron here more with lower price.

I had to wait on food as milkshakes melted and then asked for the happy hour discount on a 45 dollar order of food since it was now 203 pm...and you said no..seriously??? It was y'all that made my drinks melt because u brought them out without my food.

This sonic can never get anything right and the food is cold half the time when i get it spent 30 minutes the other morning waiting on my food and the toaster sandwhich meal that i paid over 5.00 for wasnt worth it at all 1 slice of bacon and the whole thing was COLD

My wife went up there to get corn dogs. 30+ minutes later after taking her order one of the employees came out and said they were out. Now common sense tells you to tell your customers that upfront and not wait. This one sonic has went downhill, this place needs a good employee cleaning. I have seen employees not doing anything, talking on their phones, being disrespectful to customers and believe it or not trying to steal customers change

Most days the service is okay, this afternoon 3/29/15 they were really busy and my food was actually brought out quickly and my carhop Joe was extremely nice and made sure the amount of condiments he had on his tray were enough for me, told me about 1/2 price shakes after 8pm and made sure that everything I needed was addressed before he skated off, I was very pleased with my service today!

This from my husband. Every morning he would go by and purchase a super sonic burrito. Half the time he gets one with half the burrito folded over ; he has said when he orders I want a full one and it happens. The next time he gets one it is half full and folded over. Strange than u can buy them at other Sonics and they are prepared right. Is this poor supervision? What it is is aggravating!! He has told them but it still happens so the answer for him is NO MORE SONIC!! Ok, he's one person but how many more have this happen to them
