This is the 2nd time in 3 months that I have visited this location and the same guy was working by himself on a Saturday night! But let me tell you, he handles it well! From taking orders, making the pizza, taking payments, and filling delivery orders. I didn’t get his name but he definitely deserves a raise! My pizza was hot and fresh and I maybe waited about 10 minutes once I arrived but I’m not complaining. He was doing his best! He’s also very courteous. Get him some help!!

I'm enrolling in to Georgia Tech just so I can come to this Pizza Hut in particular. Always on point and served hot. And if the do get it wrong they take the time to remake it priority and correctly. The staff are always friendly even after being in an oven all day. I've ordered from here before and will keep doing so. Keep the pizzas hot and cheesy. Thanks 😊

Been here for several months. Have only done carryout. Pizza always tastes good but not perfect. The banana peppers on the buffalo chicken pizza chew like plastic. I always remove it when ordering. The chicken pizzas sometimes come with like cartilage?; it's def not chewy chicken. Customer service is alright, not like Chick-Fil-A level. The chocolate chip cookie taste soapy, and it made me not hungry. That dessert was not a good experience. Yuck! These are just nit-picks. Overall, imo, it's above an average pizza place, and I'd come back here again.

I ordered a large pizza from this store. Only opened the box after I got home and found out that I received the wrong pizza. The pizza I received had toppings that I have dietary restrictions against. I didn't go back to the store that day since I live 10 miles away. Went back to the store the next day and they denied to refund the purchase. I showed them the receipt and the picture of the pizza I received. I was told that I am trying to get a free pizza. I was told that it's my fault that I didn't check on site if I received the right pizza as it is my responsibility and not theirs. The treatment and behavior I received is unacceptable.

Ordered a pizza and the app stated they were making it. 2 1/2 hours later I never received the pizza. I tried calling the store but the call would always fail. I called the main customer service line and they refunded me. I wish I wouldn’t have waisted time waiting for the pizza. Think twice before ordering online.

Should partner with doordash or postmates for delivery. Ordered a delivery a few times over the last few months and each time order was canceled due to no delivery driver. Can the website not be updated to prevent deliveries from being scheduled at this location? This isn’t fair to the employees working in store, loses business, and is driving customers away.

I will never order from the pizza Hut in downtown Atlanta Ga again! We place our order through the app, never received the order, couldn't get anyone at the location to answer the phone, then after 2 hours my order was cancelled and I was never told why! Never use this Pizza Hut ever again!

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM HERE. APPARENTLY THEY DONT HAVE DRIVERS AND WILL NOT TELL YOU. YOU WILL RECIEVE CONFIRMATION SAYING YOUR ORDER IS ON THE WAY AND THAT IS A LIE.
Couldn't get in contact with the location. line was either busy or we were placed on hold indefinitely. One attempt, someone answered the phone and lied and said they'd connect us to the correct store. But that was the correct store.
