Tried the new plant based chorizo and absolutely loved it. Unfortunately they didn’t have it all that long. Always filling and good tasting food from Chipotle. Line usually moves quick at Lenox. And you can’t beat coke in a bottle!

The rice was undercooked, it was very hard to chew. I had to forced myself to finish the burrito bowl. This really ruined my lunch. Dissatisfied. I’ve seen many people complain of the rice being uncooked and it seems their review wasn’t taken into consideration. The cashier was also unpleasant. She seemed like she didn’t want to be there. If we are spending our money to eat here atleast the food should be cooked properly.

Chipotle Mexican Grill at Lenox Square in Atlanta is a convenient stop for everything you need in a Chipotle when you are on the move and need to make that stop. The staff here is very friendly and accommodating to make sure that everything is prepared the way you want it.

Bad customer service every single time and I go there 4to 5 times a week . Have no other choice since I like to eat healthy . I got salad bowl with cauliflower rice $2 up charge which is ok but he literally put 1 spoon full in my bowl and when I asked for more he made a wierd face at me like I’m asking for something ridiculous. I get chicken and steak mix there was hardly any in my salad . All in all it’s a badly managed store with bad customer service cutting corners on quantity and quality.

Go a couple times a week bc I work in the mall. Young guys working there are usually polite and have good customer service but the girl on register didn’t believe my quesadillas were meat free for some reason and proceeded to open them with her bare hands. And gave me attitude for asking. Never coming back
