Church's Chicken

Worst customer service ever, they didn't have nothing no coleslaw, no green beans, no fruit punch, and not even hot sauce. I asked the manager if icould taste the peach cobbler bites for the inconvenience.. And she said no its not their fault that their chosen vendor didn't show up. But between them and me it would be their fault and she said no to compensate me for a dollar some change peach cobbler bites when i work across the street and im always a customer in that establishment.....#worst customer service ever

Tried out the slicy chicken sandwich meal. They did a great job cooking it because of the juicy the chicken was on the sandwich. However, the chicken lacked seasoning so it was pretty bland. The saving grace was the sauce. Perhaps I may have a high threshold for spice but I did not feel any sort of spice but the sauce was delicious. Without the sauce, it would've been mediocre experience at best.

They were rushed and pushing customers through. There was a lack of customer service. The chicken was hot but sides were cold; mash potatoes, French fries, etc. The French fries were double fried and greasy. Disappointed in the customer service and food temperatures. I gave them a 3 because the chicken was hot and she did smiled as she shifted me out of line. I'll try another location.
