Mcdonald's

Drive thru was soooo crazy slow after i paid for my 2 frozen Cokes at the first window. "Rainbow" the colorful lady at the first window was cheerful, all smiles & as her name shows, clearly reflected her personality! She truly made up for the super slow second window. Large frozen Cokes weren't all that large but were refreshing anyway.

They always have you in drive thru awaiting for ever. The website says their open 24 hours but that’s not true. This morning the manager unloaded all her children in the store at 5:30 am and locked the door. No one was in the restaurant cooking or even taking orders. They will always get your order wrong so make sure you check your bag. I think this is the worst Mc Donald’s that exists. The workers have attitude with you no matter what. This place needs an over haul of management and employees. Even though the restaurant is closed dining room the inside still looks nasty! Don’t waste your time and money here.

I have been waiting in line for over 20 minutes for them to tell me the Frappe machine is down. That's all I wanted and they didn't have it, I ordered a chicken biscuit and 2 sweet tea and still waiting in line, I just got tried of waiting and I asked for my money back. The last time I came here they made the Caramel frappe and it was sloppy! Caramel was all around the outside of the cup. Bad customer service

0.5 for the slushes! Asked for 2 FRESH fish sandwiches and both sandwiches were cold as tuna salad. I was rushing and couldn't turn around but I'll definitely be reaching out further. Also, the young lady taking orders at the window with the reddish hair almost made me just pull off. Her appearance was awful. Visibly dirty grey jogging jacket and hair sticking up without a net. If they don't check their workers about coming to work neat and clean then I wonder why I thought my damn fish sandwiches would be hot and fresh like I asked for. The fries were even cold. Then had the nerve to ask for my receipt at the window for verification. Didn't verify if those sandwiches were hot tho did you? Yall just taking folks money SMH.
