Longish line but went through real quick. Food came in 5 minutes. I'd give an extra star if I could just for having Citrus Cherry Mountain Dew

Lost a star only because the volume they have to serve at lunch makes it near impossible to get access to the restrooms.
Other than that, a very nice and clean location. Upscale, compared to most Arby's I have visited.
The food was served quickly. The staff were friendly. The meal was delicious!

This location is the only one in the downtown area that I know of. The place is clean but has limited seating. There is no parking except on the street, there is no parking lot or deck nearby. I like that this location has has good lunch specials here. The only thing I dislike is the general neighborhood is not very clean and it's a good walk to get here from most office buildings, but besides that it's a good location.

Lovely staff that's both efficient and respectful. They always greet me when I walk in and always get my order right.
If you're vegan you can always get the fries, onion rings, and salad (with no cheese).

Gracious, clean, very professional with a kind human touch is the best way to describe the staff. When the customers changed from working class to homeless people, the staff was still poised and professional. I was stranded waiting on a ride and the atmosphere was warm and safe. I appreciated the experience very much. A stressful situation for me was not bad because of the staff. Thank you!

I hadn't been to an Arby's for years. I was quite surprised by some of their newer menu items. I especially liked the sliders. This location was clean and I liked the seating area in a split level layout. I don't do fast food too much but dang those sliders were quality.

I go through 5 pts often and I would rather have arbys than McDonald's. Especially for the Arby's happy hour. They can get busy cause the college students but are on point as far as not ever waiting to get rang up or to receive your order which is never messed up. The place is clean which of course is a must so I should give them a 5star....but ... It's not my mom's house so...

Staff at this location is extremely rude. I showed up 40 minutes before close and while sitting at the window waiting for my food the employees were making comments about customers coming right before close. I then received my order and got half the amount of fries I should have and my sandwich was wrapped very sloppy and thrown in the bag. This has happened on multiple occasions. These employees simply do not care and lack basic customer service skills.
