I must admit, after reading the below reviews I was terrified to order from here but I was having one of my insane pregnancy cravings for pizza, specifically Papa John’s pizza so I had to give it a chance. We are new to the area and still trying to find our local spots. I’m so happy to share that my experience was great!! We placed our order at about 5:15pm and the order was delivered by 6:15pm. It looked and tasted just like what I’ve come to expect from Papa John’s. My only complaint is that it could’ve been a little hotter lol. I’m hopeful that they will continue to improve their service and as long as they keep delivering at the same level they delivered today we will be continuous customers!

I had to rate them to do a review. The manager Renee, short Caucasian lady, is beyond unprofessional. She told me to report her to corporate so here you are Renee. I waited over 2 hours for a pepperoni and cheese pizza with an order of cheese sticks. I ordered this on line and even received a confirmation text that my order was ready. I came in to be told, by the young girl at the register, my order wasn't ready. I understand that this is a high volume store but unprofessionalism by a manager is beyond tacky. This woman then began to scold me as if I was her child. I know that she has a young staff, but I am not one of her employees nor am I a child of hers. She threw a pencil down as if she wad annoyed because I asked to speak with her in reference to this complaint. But who would NOT want to speak with a manager after waiting 2 hours? I WILL NEVER place another order at this location. And to top it all off, I chose drive up pick up. Everyone that chose this option had to literally walk in to get their pizza. Then the replacement pizza that I had to wait an additional 20 minutes for was burnt. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a pizza and they delivered it to someone else's house and never got my food. I gave them instructions to call me before they delivered the order but they didn't. Now i gotta wait on a refund that i will probably never get. This is a very unprofessional business and they could care less if you get your food. I wouldn't recommend anyone order food here 👎

12/31/21 my pizza and wings were very fresh and tasty. My food couldn’t have been prepared better . Pizza arrived before arrival time. I always order from PAPA JOHN but they really out did themselves with this thing one . I called to give the store a good review by speaking with the manager on duty but he seem to be very unenthusiastic 😐 however I hope thing get better for him. AGAIN, my FOOD WAS AMAZING ! Thank you PAPA !!! HAPPY NEE YEAR !

How is this place still in business? Believe all the other reviews on here. Every time we have ordered from this location it always gives a reasonable time (which they are able to adjust, but I guess they like tricking the people that ordered so they won't cancel) but it always - ALWAYS! - takes 2+ hours for the pizza to get to my house. Every time you call they say it's getting ready to go out (probably just to keep the money and not have it canceled). Every order, every time is always messed up or just looks like a travesty (see pic below: I ordered square cut. They cut this pizza the normal way and figured out at the end I ordered square cut and just did one cut across the top. Plus, who made this pizza and thought it was good to go???). I order carry out from the other Papa John's (that are actually closer to me) now that are competent in doing the bare minimum that is needed to make a decent pizza.

Worse papa johns. I should’ve known when they had to remake someone else pizza over again. They don’t follow instructions on how you want your pizza and they throw the ingredients on any kind of way. My cheese sticks had other ingredients on it. My pizza barely had cheese and I ask for it to be half cheese & half meat. They only made two slices with cheese and the rest meat. A waste of money

These people can't be serious off Camp Creek. Maybe I should have read the reviews before I even tried to order here. It's 5:30 on a Saturday and they have no delivery drivers. But the worst part is no one tried to text or email me which were the options listed. Instead they called and when I missed it they cancelled the order IMMEDIATELY! Then I called and MJ got on the phone with an attitude and really tried to tell me "oh we call we don't text", as if the I didn't click the box for text and email. This is the worst store. If Papa John's wants to know why they're losing money, ask MJ! But in the meantime let me see if Dominos has anyone working.
