It must be new management at this location.I see a big difference. Not for the good.. This use to be one of my favorite location. I was able to give my sandwich to someone who really needed. I'm blessed to be able to go to another Subway right after & was pleased with what I paid for. The sandwich from this location was nasty. If u want what you pay for like I say do it yourself or go somewhere eles

Salads are small buy the prices have went up. The service is much better for this particular location. They need to talk to the ones that work at the location by Publix off Cascade.

The customer service is great! My vegetarian mom lives less than a mile away from this location. She has dementia and has been eating here 3 to 4 times a week. I visited with my mom today, drove her to Subway, and Janelle, one of the sandwich artisans acknowledged her, greeted her and immediately started to prepare her 12 foot long tofu sandwich exactly the way my mom likes it. Janelle cuts it in half so she can have one for lunch and the other half for dinner. It warmed my heart to know that they Janelle has elevated customer service to a whole different level by dignifying my mom by serving her respectfully even when we may not always be there with her.

Recently reopened, not accepting paper coupons and if you don't ask they use the same knives on every sandwich 🤔

It says they open at 11 I’ve been sitting outside for 25 minutes waiting for them to open. They sell the toppings even if they aren’t fresh. And they can’t keep staff.
