Marco's Pizza

On last night I order via delivery a pizza for my family and this is what I received a bug right on my pizza. I was in discuss about this. I immediately went to the restaurant and the man who stated he was the manager told me I had to place it there for a refund. Please make sense of this situation I haven't even touch the pizza at all this is exactly how it came. I’m very disappointed and outraged at the lack of customer service and professionalism at this location. Was one of my go to but that has come to a end. I lost money and my appetite due to this problem. Please staff better.

I order from here for my kids movie night every other week. For the last 3 times I have had to go back to get my order corrected. I have expressed when ordering that I’m deathly allergic to mushrooms and they have placed mushrooms on my pizza all 3 times. They are not sympathetic at all with addressed about the mistake. I’m thinking of filing something due to my allergic reaction not knowing the first time. They need to stop and read the orders more thoroughly. That could have killed me!!!!!!! Please pay attention

LATELY they have been letting me down. My online orders have been wrong. I don't know if they need to train the new workers but someone is not following online instructions. You walk in and everyone is in the back , no one is at the register, so you wait forever to pick up a called in order. Get it together please. It is no longer convenient.
