Zero stars. Got trapped in drive thru for 40 mf mins. And once i finally got to the speaker it I sat for another 15. I was furious. I see why ppl shoot up drive thrus. It's not rocket science. Drop the mf burgers and go. Fire either entire night crew or close this place down
I ordered around 11:18pm some boneless wings and I got home they were hard but I went back up there and they were so polite fixing my order she was a young lady with red hair she immediately said there Apologies and replaced my order. I say this to say we don't get allot of good customer service in
The food wasn't as hot as I'd like it to be and the flavor just wasn't really there. the service was pretty slow and the microphone is broken at the drive through
Store was close at 2:03pm.. lady said on the headset I will be taking orders at 2:30. So I didn’t Know employees get to serve when or not to open.. didn’t know the employees was the owner.. didn’t know you can still get paid while the store is closed down for employee 30min breaks.
Delicious burgers, made your way. Double burgers are a plus. They even corrected an order I placed, which I appreciated, very much. Instead of charging the higher price, very good customer service. Also, they keep this restaurant clean.
Waited for an hour to get through the drive thru! There was only two people working and the place looking dirty. However, the food was good and fresh.
