Been to a few marcos nationwide and can say had better experience at this one. At the time of visit much of the staff presented themselves in a professional manner and was happy to see leadership working the line.

This restaurant is pretty good when it comes to other locations. The only issue I have is that they leave a lot of the cornmeal on the bottom of the pizza to where it just gets all over the place and causes a mess! I can go to another one that's in Atlanta and they don't leave hardly any of the cornmeal on the bottom in the crust of the bread. But I will say they do a great job with not cross-contaminated with the utensils that they may use for someone's food who had anchovies on it. Unlike the one in Peachtree Corners they tell you, "oh, here's no guarantee!" Now that's unacceptable all of the Marcos should be held at the same standards of using clean utensils so to reduce cross-contamination!

Cancel to go orders after confirming them and give no notice. Employees didn't even offer to take my order there just walked off. Entire place was empty and it was just one pizza. It must be nice to get paid and not have to do th work while you're there.

Staff was fantastic with the amount of orders coming in non stop. The best chain store pizza there is in my opinion. Keep it up Marco's. I'll keep coming back!

Here’s why we order from Marco’s now: The pizza is fine and their delivery persons are their own. So unbelievably tired of professional delivery services doubling the cost of my food then taking an hour to pick up my pizza, then watching on gps as they drive right by my house “to finish up another order.”
Here’s one: you ever have Uber Eats forget an item? You ever have Uber Eats actually make good on their error? Yeah me neither. You ever try to get Doordash to refund you when your order just never shows up? Took 9 days…
So one star short of perfect for Marco’s, and thats just because I hate canned mushrooms. Keep up the good work, Marco’s, (or even just adequate since no one else can even achieve that benchmark) and we’ll keep ordering from you.

Trust the bad reviews in the last few months. The new management is very rude. Sadly, the pizza quality is also inconsistent. They got my order wrong, and when I called to let them know, the employee who answered the phone offered to replace it with the correct order (as any pizza place does). However, a few mins later, the manager called and asked me to bring back the old pizza and told me that they needed to take a picture of it for the records - which makes sense. However then the manager told me that they are going to throw the pizza in the trash, rather than let me keep it after taking a picture, and when I commented on the food waste, the manager actually said "Well, you are wasting my time"! Not sure how they expect to survive with that kind of customer service ... We'll be going to a different Marcos from now.
