This is a decent place to stay. Decent amenities and looked like good meeting rooms as well. Nice workout area, and a good breakfast buffet. The only issue I had was that our shower curtain didn't hold the water well at all and the bathroom got all wet. I did tell the staff there and they found a better curtain for us very quickly. Excellent staff, very courteous and very willing to help.

If you had asked me a 4-5 years ago, I'd have given this hotel a 5 but over the years, they've let it go downhill really fast. Where it used to be maintained regularly, now everything looks dirty and disheveled. Not to mention the hotel now carries a musty smell that's hard to ignore. The front desk staff was still really friendly and personable but that's where the good part ends. You could tell the hotel carpet hadn't been truly deep cleaned in forever and the room, though spacious, looked like more of a Motel 6 room than a Hyatt. This hotel used to be my favorite when I was flying in and out of Atlanta but you can tell the management stopped putting effort into taking care of the place because it's gone downhill pretty quickly. Had I known, I wouldn't have wasted my money and points here.

This is my second time staying here and the last. I was having a great stay until I discovered my comforter looked like it had mold or even bed bugs from the past embedded. I told the manager and showed her pictures and she told the cleaners to change my sheets only to have the same comforter look the same way. I was only compensated 1000 Hyatt member points for my troubles. Will never stay here again. Check your sheets and comforters, hold them to the light!!! I was still charged the full price and nothing was taken care of. See pics for evidence!!!!

Positive: It was disgusting. I couldn't wait to leave. The lobby floor was sticky. Smudges all over elevator doors, dirtiness everywhere. the room was relatively comfortable but outside the room door, yuck! Negative: This hotel was nasty. Upon entering the lobby, the floor was sticky as though it had been mopped with filthy water. Elevator doors and common areas were dirty. Couldn't wait to leave.

There is no restaurant as advertised and the breakfast is meh at best. Processed, refined carb/sugar heavy foods dominate the breakfast options. They have a pot of scrambled eggs and usually a protein like sausage or bacon so I just fill up on those. The fitness room is not great but it's adequate for staying active. They have a full Hammer Strength round TPU dumbbell set, Life Fitness adjustable bench, and Life Fitness treadmills, elliptical, and recumbent bike. There's one rusty curl bar with only a pair of rusty 45lb plates. Would be nice if the curl bar had a full set of plates and wasn't so rusty. Curl bar is also missing collars/clips to secure the plates. The room is decent but nothing to write home about. My fridge was DOA.
