Jersey Mike's Subs

I ordered my sub online. I go to pick it up and still had to wait. I wasn't acknowledged upon entering the store. When I asked about my pick up order, I was told it was "on the table'. I ordered a turkey and provolone with no oregano, 3 chocolate chip cookies, and Classic lays. I watched her make my sandwich and she definitely put oregano on it. I didn't hassle her to make it over because I already waited long enough. Then she tells me, oh we don't have any classic lays. I said "No classics? And you put oregano on my sandwich?" She says "Oh no, I took it off". I watched her make my sandwich. She didn't take anything off. Then I ask about the cookies, and all they have is sugar cookies when I ordered chocolate chip. No apologies, no discount offer, no f***s given. I will not be returning to that location!

We went in to buy a sandwich. There are employees walking around the food with NO mask on. The service tables was a total mess, you have mayo with jalapeños in it, wilted lettuce. He ask what type of bread you wanted he come back with a bread looking like a miniature baseball bat. When you say something about the bread, he looks at you as if something is wrong with you as he prepares the deformed bread . As he prepares the sandwich, it’s all on the counter and the cutting board, not clean off. Never again for me!! Do not go to that Fulton Industrial location. Those people do not care how they make your sandwich! That’s it folks.

It's actually been a while since I've been to this Jersey Mike's, damn entirely brand new staff the manager on duty was very nice and talkative. Also demands you display a very nice customer service, basically I haven't witnessed that great of customer service and quite a while I was actually impressed. I can't remember her name but I'll be sure to go there again definitely, she's renewed my faith and trust in this location

Online hours are unreliable. Showed up at 7:25 to pick up my online order and the door was locked. It was Saturday and they don’t close until 9:00pm according to online hrs. Similar to another reviewer, the employee looked at me and kept mopping the floor. Couldn’t believe it. I had to make multiple calls to finally get in touch with a manager. Received my refund but it was an inconvenience. Even the manager said they we’re supposed to be open until 8:30 but gave no explanation as to why they closed early and no apology.

I just walked out. It was so messy over the work space, ingredients were mixed with other ingredients but oddly I was still going to stick with it . But then the bread came out. It was partly burnt and it looked like Jimmy Johns bread not Jersey Mike's, which would be cool if I were getting charged Jimmy Johns prices. They were also stingy with the meat. I just walked out, sorry not sorry. Next time tell ppl you don't have the regular bread or offer a discount.
