To get better Serving Time, they will not take your order until they serve the car ahead of you. Then, when approaching the window, they will motion you to stop before the car sensor; allowing extra time. After all of the time manipulation, my food was not even hot or fresh.

This location is trash! You have a sign on the door for mobile orders only. But when you try to go inside it’s locked. They expect you to wait in drive thru just to pick up your food. This manager needs to do better.

I have been trying to find a decent KFC in Atlanta for a while now. Bakers Ferry Road in Adamsville has been there for over 40 years and has had issues like the rest of the franchises. Today the food was very acceptable, I was happy that my wife finally got what she paid for. Hopefully KFC has improved, I may have my hopes up to high but today was a good day.

TERRIBLE !! The Manager Sabrina Is so unprofessional and need to be fired ! My mother works for corporate lol . The police had to be called and everything. They so loud and ghetto . I asked for a refund from the cashier and Ms.Sabrina snatched the money from the cashier and threw my money over the floor like I was a dog . She attempted to fight me . She is like a loose pit bull . -10 out of 10 . Whoever owns this kfc need to fire everybody and just start over . Sorry not sorry seriously. 0 Stars

The worst food I ever received from a KFC. Drive thru worker never greeted or addressed me, passed me a bag then slammed window. I had to blow for napkins and sauce. She smacked her mouth like I was making her work @ KFC. Won't be back
