The location at 1600 riveredge parkway is very disappointing. The customer service i have been receiving here, among others, has been very poor. Food is always wrong and the top chef is refusing to remake it. The team is not trained to be very customer service oriented (not all team members). For the expensive prices we are paying in this large building you would expect more out of them. Many people have stated that they will no longer eat here (although convenient) because of the terrible service. I myself would rather drive 20 mins away for something to eat then to eat down here EVER AGAIN.

I would like to give no stars… They café is in the building where I work and
1. Never opens on time
2. When they do open, they are not prepared. Like this morning with no cooks
3. The menu is always the same for each day of the week – no variety
