Piece Of Cake

I would like to say that I am so please with the customer service I received from this company. I ordered a cake via Door Dash. When I got it, it was only a slice of cake. I was immediately upset because it was intended for a celebration at my job. However I called and within minutes the issue was resolved. The company sent another delivery driver out and kept me informed of when my cake was going to arrive. I appreciate that it did not take much and they ensured that the mistake made on their end was fixed. I give this place 5 stars because my coworkers enjoyed the cake. It was incredibly moist and the customer service was remarkable. Thanks! I will be ordering again!

This was my first time buying from this company in general (the Collier rd location). I decided to try the following slices of cake: yellow with chocolate icing, strawberry and red velvet. The Yellow and strawberry cake slices were both dry. The yellow cake had zero flavor. I wasn’t a fan of the pieces of real strawberry in the strawberry cake and the flavor was lacking. The red velvet was just OK. I have definitely had more flavorful red velvet cake with better creme cheese icing. I wouldn’t recommend cake slices from this company. Maybe the whole cakes are fresher and not dry like the slices. Annoyed I wasted $18.

Wonderful cake slices and small/large cupcakes in addition to whole cakes. Purchased a 9 inch red velvet as gift for a family member, for my wife a hummingbird slice, and myself peach pound cake slice. The slices were both moist and tasty. They do have a rewards program. Online ordering process was very easy and order is always ready when the store opens the morning of pickup. Courteous over the phone and in person. Will visit again.

I purchased a slice white chocolate, a slice of lemon pound cake, and 2 chocolate cupcakes. These items came to $20, and I was honestly underwhelmed. The icing was so super sweet, the cake was more flaky than moist, and the cake itself lacked flavor. The icing did have good white chocolate flavor, but it was too sweet. For the price-point I was expecting perfection, but I've had better cake from a box. My slice was by no means fresh. I didn't finish my slice. I do not eat chocolate, but my daughters looked dry too.

One of my friends wanted to treat me for my birthday to a piece of cake. She said that she wanted me to have some good cake. I got the white chocolate slice of cake and it was so delicious. It was soft and moist...the icing was so good. I tasted my friend's slice of red velvet cake and it was delicious as well. It didn't taste like chocolate like some red velvet cake that I've had before did.
