Every time I order something new here I find a new favorite. The food is the beautiful combination of delicious and healthy. I give credit to their wellness soups especially for when I was under the weather. Turkey Chili, excellent. Turkey burger, excellent. Spicy chicken soup excellent. I could go on but it's a great place for breakfast and lunch. Warning, it's not open during dinner hours.

Great little gem in West Midtown right in the heart of everything. You'd never guess how healthy this food is based on the way it tastes. I've been a couple of times now and eaten both breakfast and lunch, and there's always something that hits the spot. The staff is also extremely friendly and happy to share their love of nutrition and food creation if you care to ask. Would recommend for anyone looking for a quick smoothie to a hearty lunch

So tasty that you will barely believe how healthy the food is good you. I always get the turkey burger on a collared wrap - very good. Nice portion
I also get the sweet potato fries, which I order "well done" because I like them a little crispy.

First off, I will say that their menu has great options and it’s a cute place. However, I was disappointed with my pickup order. The lid wasn’t securely on the soup and it went everywhere. The vegan burger was also pretty dry. I’m still interested to try their smoothies and juices.

The avocado toast and chocolate dream smoothie was exactly what I needed this morning!! Also, the workers are super sweet; can’t wait to get back there again!!
