Domino's Pizza

If I could give zero stars I would. We walked into this location and was told by a young lady with dreads that it was online orders only. Okay fine, I see she's alone so it's fine. I place my order and go to my vehicle to wait. This is when things get worst. While sitting in my car, I watched the same young lady come outside and move her car, then she goes back inside. Okay. Then she proceeds to go BACK outside when her friend arrives. I'm assuming they got a new vehicle. She walks around the car, sits in the driver seat, and just stands there talking to him. Now I know my pizza has to be ready. I walk back inside, and she proceeded to walk in behind me. She walks back behind the counter and ask me what I ordered. I tell her, then she says 6mins! Yep, she started making my order finally! I will NEVER! Come back

Delivery Pizza's were great. Fresh, warm, & correct. New cinnamon apple dippers ordered were to come with cinnamon breadsticks & came with garlic ones instead. Not a great combination. Spoke to a store personnel who didn't identify himself as to level of management but only offerred a replacement if I drove to the store for a replacement. Told him twice I ordered delivery because I was incapacitated to drive & said that's the only way he could help me. Asked him to inform the manager please as this was not an adequate resolution or apology. If not for this interaction & small error they could have corrected by just sending out the right breadsticks, I would have rated this delivery service & meal 5☆! I thought they had a policy to correct things they've done in error within 10 minutes of being informed when something wasn't done right? Huh? What happened to that policy?

This is the second bad experience as far as waiting for my food. 45 minutes delivery ETA turned into 2 hours. This time curb-side service ETA 45 to 50 minutes which ended up being an extra 40 to 45 minutes on top of that. The manager isn't rude but doesn't offer to compensate you for cold food, late delivery or a long wait in the parking lot. If my 89 year old grandmother didn't request Dominos 2x a month I would NOT spend another dime at this location. Matter of fact I'll just go to the Roosevelt Hwy location from here on out. By the way I also was an Assistant Manager for the Hammond Drive location once upon a time. Therefore I speak as a consumer and previous employee. Please do better or find employees that will.
