Chick-fil-a

Normally, Chick-fil-a turns out stellar service and this location is no exception, but I have to give it a lower rating after my recent visit. I ordered two chocolate milkshakes well in advance of my arrival. On reaching the pickup area, the woman managing that area seemed completely out of it and pickup orders just sat on the rack behind the counter as those there to pick them up began to line up and patiently waited to be addressed. Eventually, an older gentleman came to the front and fulfilled a few of the orders and the woman finally started on my milkshakes. This is the kind of service I would expect from the McDs on Northside, not a Chick-fil-A.

I have NEVER waited over 7min for a order. We waited 25min for 1 chicken nuggets. 2 fries, and mac n' cheese. "We were waiting on fresh nuggets" then after the nuggets came up.. almost everyone who ordered long after I did started getting their food before us. The only reason I gave 3 stars was because the guy who took my order had such wonderful customer service and a great personality...and the lady who assisted me when I said something abt my wait time was very apologetic and handled the situation perfectly. Again I had to stand in line and witness a disagreement between the person assembling the orders and one of the cooks. This went on for over 5 minutes as about 15 people were waiting for their order. I work in the building and ordered just a coffee, 4 50/50 creams and 5 splendas. Of course when I got back to my office I got 2 french vanilla creams , 2 50/50 and 4 splenda. Argh! This store needs some training on Emotional Intelligence.
