I ordered on Ubereats, my delivery was great and the food tastes good but when I called the restaurant trying to change the rice on my order the lady that answered the phone was extremely rude and not willing to help at all. She told me it was already made but of course the restaurant always has the white rice already made it could have easily been switched out for fried rice. I ordered the black pepper chicken dinner combo, it came with chicken and corn soup which that is the only thing that’s not good.

I ordered something simple, chicken and corn soup and some dumplings. The dumplings were average but the soup was disgusting. It tasted like water with egg whites in it, not a bit of flavor, literally tasted like water. 5 kernels of corn and no chicken. Very disappointed. You should be ashamed to send something like this to a customer. If I wasn’t leaving town early the next day I would have brought the soup back in person. Disgusting.

I work over night so I’m always particularly out of luck when it comes to options that are open and still good to eat. I love this place so much, every time it’s late and someone asks where they should order food from this is one of the first places I recommend. Every time I order food not only is it fast but it’s always correct, hot, and worth my money. I love this place and plan on visiting in person for once at some point. You guys are so appreciated, thank you so much!

I have never experienced such a horrible customer service in my life . This blank woman who answered the phone hanged up on me 3times . Then after I made the order with my daughter who was so hungry in college dorm, she refused to complete the order . Now when I called back she totally refuses to pick up my call to complete the order . Keep in mind is a Monday night so imagine if this was a Friday or a Saturday , I could have considered this review . This woman is simply rude. I think people put up with her because they stay open so late and people have no choice when hungry. But in my opinion this woman should be completely out of business if she indeed the owner and manager .

This place wasn't entirely what I expected in person because I usually order through door dash. However door dash doesn't offer their full menu so I had to go pick it up. It's not setup for dine-in customers, but the food was delicious per usual & the line cooks were working swiftly to prepare orders. There was only a connectivity delay with their service provider's network at the register.

I got the spicy chicken with plain fried rice and wonton soup. The chicken was terrible and the texture was the worst part. Not spicy at all. As you can see the rice was not plain and the service was not welcoming but I have 2 stars because it was late and maybe the lady working the cashier was ready to get home. I will not try this place again.
