I know if I want a surprise pizza, this is the location to order from. This location has messed up our order the last three times that we ordered from here. Our most recent order included a pizza that was the wrong size (a medium when I ordered an extra large) and a plain cheese pizza instead of a pepperoni. When I called customer service, they said there was nothing they could do for us.
This sucks because I like papa John's better than most competitors, plus they are the closest to my house, but I'm tired of inaccurate orders. Looks like I'm doing domino's or Fellini's from now on.

Regarding pizza my husband had last nite: Toppings were scarce in most places and didn't even cover pizza to the edge. I'm sick of places that INUNDATE US with their commercials while putting out mediocre products. Quality seems to be inversely proportional to # of ads per hour. Put ur money where your pizza is Papa John! Last pizza I had, when you were across the street, tasted like it had cheap cold cuts.

What others have said about the lack of customer service is true. You should be kept in the back if you don't know how to deal with customers without being rude for no reason. Also the pizza I feel like is lower in quality than I remember it being.

Everything is high quality with fresh. The portions are generous and frequently feed me for two lunches. Very friendly staff and fast service.

Order a pizza at 630 PM to be delivered had to go pick it up at 1045 PM had to much sauce not enough of any thing else
