Crab Shack Atl

So, the first time I ordered from them, the food was great. I ordered through Ubereats and the food was amazing. I attempted to order again but the app kept telling me the order was cancelled by the owner. I thought well, maybe due to me working in Atlantic Station the owner made a decision not to deliver to us anymore. Considering I am from Houston, TX by was of Louisiana I said self, go to the location and support the business. According to google, they open at 11:00am. I sat in the parking lot of the dollar store from 10:30am to almost 12:00pm and no one came to open the location. I have even tried calling to see how to go about ordering and got no answer several time. Maybe the owner should consider closing and attempting to reopen when they can properly run their restaurant. Right now, while the food is great, the service is less than stellar. Very disappointing.

The first time I order from here the food was good and the lobster tail was perfect. The second time it was good but made incorrectly. The third time my crab came in bits and pieces and my lobster tail was raw AND rotten on the inside. Like they served me a plate that someone had throw away or something. I was truly insulted that they expected me to eat what they had prepared for me. And took my 50 dollars on top of that like I wouldn’t notice the food was garbage. I got a full refund thankfully but I’ll never order from this place again. You’d do better just buying your own seafood and cooking it yourself. I always give people another chance but crab shack Atlanta has officially run out.

It’s okay taste frozen though. The garlic butter sauce is really good. It’s a good price for the food but I wish they would cut upon the lobster tail and split the shrimp shell down the back to devein them so that they could better absorb the flavor. And put less potatoes in and not be cheap on the shrimp. I mean I’ll go back. Don’t listen to the negative reviews. I ordered off of Uber eats it was fine.

They need to close down. They are never open. They have open times posted on the window but they never adhere to them. Not sure how they stay in business. Are you still on vacation?? It's April 2 and still you're not open.. Either the positive rated posts aren't real or you open whenever it suits you. Please please update your business hours.
