Worst service ever! No matter how busy you are, learn how to AT LEAST respect customers, stop messing up our names and leaving us receipt with wrong stuff. At least learn how to check with us before placing the order. They do this for more than one time since I am a student here. Sometimes I even feel they are being racist. If you cannot even order food properly, go quit and find something else to do in other industries. Shame! Train your customers if you are branching.

Line generally moves quick, and if you order online you can skip it when it gets long. Only thing being that you have to check in by scanning a qr code before they start making your order so it won't be ready when you get there. Fries never really miss, but the chicken has been dry a couple times out of a dozen. Otherwise, generally satisfied with it.

I visit the location because it’s on campus but this is hands down the Worst CFA ever . The customer service here is terrible. The two feminine men attitudes are the worst and the entire team overall is a bad representation of CFA.

This is on GSU campus and let me tell you how efficient they are! They move a line literally going out the door and around the building. Also, I like how they use your name to call out your order.

Now, I usually don't go to Chick-fil-A, but as a college student, you have to save money wherever possible, and I've accumulated quite a few gift cards. The line is always unnecessarily long, and after what I experienced, I don't think it's entirely because of demand. The employees were sluggish and extremely disorganized. They don't communicate with each other, and were exceedingly rude to customers, talking to them as inconveniences rather than their customers. And I get being stressed from work load, I've worked my fair share of jobs, but the service was unacceptable even when you consider the circumstances. The person who took my order was fairly hostile, and extremely impatient with me and questioned my order multiple times before sending it through. I had ordered a combo (with a drink) and a milkshake (to give to a friend that was waiting outside). The employee asked if I was sure I wanted both the drink and milkshake multiple times over before even asking what I wanted them both to be. And when I said I wanted a Sprite, she sighed at me in annoyance and said "Don't got it" -- which I'm hoping meant "we ran out" because they very clearly had it on their drink dispensary. When I said I'd get a coke instead, she then said "ketchup??", and I clarified again saying "No, a coke", which she responded with something else, and then eventually comprehended what I had said. Now, it wasn't exactly perfectly quiet in the store, by any means, but it wasn't exactly all that loud, either. She also told me that they didn't take gift cards because they weren't corporately owned and were a part of GSU but then wouldn't allow me to use my panther card, either. I ended up using my debit because I wasn't about to go round and round with her, again. I was then asked to wait for the milkshake and stand in a particular spot -- for which she pointed -- and after about 10 to 15 minutes, another employee asked what I was waiting for, and then responded to me saying that I was standing on the wrong side. And after standing the new location for about 10 minutes, I was told that I hadn't ever ordered a milkshake, and told me if I wanted one, I'd need to get back in the line.

Quick service with good food. They are located on Georgia State University Campus. So they are very busy at lunch time but will get your food quick.
