Sadly I can't leave a 0-star review, which is what I wanted to give. Just go to another Chipotle branch if you can and save yourself. I ordered through the mobile app and they basically gave me an incomplete dish; imagine having a burrito bowl with no salsa and sour cream (not to mention how little meat there was). Definitely not worth your time and money to go to this branch.

I dont usually leave reviews but i couldnt let this one slide. I ordered a chicken bowl and a kids menu quesadilla, the quesadilla was made completely wrong. There were two ladies at the counter, the one making it was told she was doing it wrong (shes probably new) but was then told to just continue making it the wrong way, instead of stopping and correcting her mistake. I let it slide bc i thought it wouldnt have been an issue in the long run, but when i got home, the meat (chicken) and cheese was spilling out, there was barely any in the tortilla at all and it was all stuck to the foil paper/overcooked. But what really upset me was the overly rotten orange that came with the meal. Luckily i was the one peeling it, bc if my kid was to peel it for themselves, they probably would have eaten it without realizing something was wrong. This couldve gotten them sick, and a trip the ER would have definitely came after. I dont know when the last time these oranges were changed out because do you realize how long an orange would have to be sitting in the fridge for it to get this moldy! Completely disgusting and theyre going to get someone sick for sure. I need to know what will be done about this! RIDICULOUS!

It sounds like this location gets a lot of hate. I don't doubt some people have had poor experiences. I myself have seen them announce that they’re so short staffed that they only accept online orders. Which can definitely be annoying. But let's be fair by admitting that it’s a difficult time to be running or working in a fast casual restaurant, and cut 'em some slack. I found this Chipotle to be clean and fairly on point. It took about 15 minutes to go from waiting in line during the lunch rush to check out. All in all, no complaints. Which is why I keep coming back.

DO NOT GO HERE! The employees are untrained. The girl that was doing my burrito didn't even know how to roll it. She had to argue with another coworker who ended up spilling rice out onto the counter and putting it back in, and putting the burrito on the dirty counter in the process of folding it. I hope that the health inspector comes and shuts them down. Eat food from this location if you want food poisoning. Please train your employees!!!
Because wages increased they decided to charge more for the same low quality food.
This is a 17$ order (pics below).

This place can be very up or down. They run through employees like crazy so you never know if you'll get someone who knows what they're doing or not. You can get different size burritos and more fat/gristle in your meat depending on who's working. They also close randomly due to low supply of food or are out of main options pretty often. The last time their card reader wasn't working.

Truly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant. I never rate restaurants, good or bad but this needed to be said. I was the only person in line, waited there while they chatted and cleaned the back for over 8 minutes. Then, when they finally came to take my order, the woman was one of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered. I know she might have things going on in her life, but if chipotle corporate knew how bad she was, they would fire her immediately. Then when I got home, I realized she charged me for two burritos when I only got one. Also, asked her to put the vinaigrette on the burrito and she said “no, do it yourself.” Not only this one, but because it was such a bad experience, I will never eat at another chipotle again. Ever. Unreal

Highly disappointed in the experience at this location. I’ve been here at least 2-3 times and I’ve always get extra sour cream and hot salsa on the side. Today I’m told there’s a charge for it yet no thee location charges for FREE toppings on the side. I frequent quite a few of them and never encountered such foolishness. I expressed this to the employee prpeparing my bowl and his response was different stores have different policies last time a checked Chipotle didn’t offer franchising. Has this changed? Or is this location just allowed to make up rules as they go? Either way I will not be back to this location.

The workers are unfriendly and aggressive. They give small portions and fill the bowls with rice. They also attempted to overcharge us.
I would avoid this place at all costs. This restaurant is an embarrassment to the chipotle brand.
Saving a few dollars is not worth the terrible service and insufficient portions.
I don't appreciate paying $12 for a bowl of rice.
