Pizza Hut

The heavyset white boy named kirk at the counter was extremely rude. He needs to learn what customer service is or find a new job. One of the rudest poor excuse of an employee I have seen in a long time. He does not need to be the first point of contact for your business. He needs to be retrained in customer service. Or go back to school and find another job. The ladies working in the back make great pizza but the guy up front needs to be fired.

I ordered the Big Dinner Box with two medium pizzas, breadsticks and traditional wings for $20.99. First, I tried placing my order online but the website kept trying to charge me an additional $8.50 for the wings that were already included in the deal. I wanted a Pepperoni Lovers pizza, Create-Your-Own veggie (mushrooms, roasted spinach, banana peppers and black olives) pizza with no cheese, and a dry rub lemon pepper wings. My subtotal was coming up to $29.49. I ended up having to call customer service to place my order and the rep I spoke with obviously got it wrong. The pizza on the right is not a veggie pizza...it’s a burnt pizza. On top of that, the wings weren’t edible. I could only eat the breading because the meat tasted like it’d been freezer burnt before being put in a microwave oven - it was not fresh at all. It didn’t taste like meat. I really would like to know what kids at this location thought it was a good idea to put that sh*t in a box and send it off to a customer that had to wait an hour on a rainy day...Garbage.

It was good! Better than some of the other locations I've been that. The bread was can I sand flexible not stiff. And the flavor was even better had the seasoning that is needed so that you wouldn't have to put salt on it! Because lately at certain Pizza Huts and I have never done this before, is to add a little salt. And this one was just right even with me having them put light cheese on it! Only other thing I can say is that the guy who was checking people out at the register and he needs to change his gloves when they become dirty! Because when you're getting a customer's condiments and napkins Exedra I don't know about anybody else but I know I wouldn't want somebody to give me napkins or paper plates and they have dirty gloves on and working with either money and the register which is not clean at all! I know I used to be a cashier for years. Thank you
