I have dealt with many car salesmen in my many years of buying (new and used) vehicles. Believe me when I say that Buckhead Mercedes Benz dealership salesman Michael Kolias is a cut above the rest. This guy should be the industry standard of what a truly effective car salesman is supposed to be. Michael is super professional, caring, patient, funny and knowledgeable about his company’s equipment. His customer service skills are excellent. The wife and I went shopping for a new car (which we ended up purchasing) and Michael made the experience very enjoyable and pleasant for us, and I will be forever grateful. Even though we were not spending 100k on a Mercedes, Michael treated us just the same. Please request MICHAEL’ S assistance if you ever visit that location in Buckhead. We also want to thank the dealership manager Desmond and tech guy Byron.

Amazing time at MB Buckhead buying my GLB250 working with Alvin Gomez and Byron Simmons. I kid you not, my appointment to finalize my vehicle purchase was at 1 and I was out at 1:37. I was actually having a great time so I didn’t need to leave so early but I was astounded at the professionalism, knowledge, and customer service by Alvin, Byron, and all of MB Buckhead! Highly recommend; if I could give 6 stars, I would!

I had a great experience at Mercedes Benz of Buckhead. Alvin my sales agent was knowledgeable, great customer service, and got me a great deal. Byron in the pic was so dope he taught me how to set up my car features and he let me blast Rick Ross, and he knew the words. Lol I love my new benz. I will definitely would recommend this location and I will be back.

I had a wonderful experience at Mercedes Benz of Buckhead! Alissa, and my product specialist Marie were knowledgeable and made sure that my transaction was smooth and hassle free. Alissa was patient with me and showed me numerous cars; she gave me every option available. She made sure that I would be happy with the car that I chose. Once I chose the car that I wanted , I was out of the dealership within 45 minutes. She also offered to take a photo of me as I was leaving. If I decide to ever trade or purchase another car, I will specifically ask for her !

Micaela and Byron were top notch from beginning to end! I was in & out with their recommendations within an hour & a half. I truly appreciate them for everything with my first luxury purchase. I had an wonderful experience shopping with Michael. Compared to the other Vulchers in the car industry. He was very chill laid back. Answered all the questions and never put pressure on me. And that’s what I expected going into Mercedes Benz too and he delivered. My car went down the week before and we left with the car I was looking at the same day. He is so nice and willing to work with you. I would recommend him to anybody else if you want a chill car shopping experience. He was the best car salesman I ever had.

I had the best experience at the Mercedes of buckhead, I mean everyone was so nice and professional, I felt like luxury from the moment I walked in. The lady with the short hair at the front desk is so professional offered me drinks and accommodated me in the waiting area, while she went to get someone who would assist me. I then started with George and Paula, who helped me pick the car and introduced me to everyone who will help this experience go incredibly smoother. We then met Desmond who went above and beyond to make sure I received the best interest rates possible, for my auto loan and also over all experience at Mercedes Benz. I was showered with Mercedes Benz gear and even made sure I didn’t leave there without tints in my car and all the Accessories I needed, thank you so much Desmond at Mercedes Benz! Desmond then took me over to Dan at finance and he explained my warranty and the terms of my agreement and welcomed me to the family! And then finally I met with the technology guy chase. He welcomed me to the family with a big red bow on my new car. Extremely nice, professional and knowledgeable on exactly how my new car works and all the exciting features included with my car. What an experience I would never go with another company, this is the best service I have ever received! What a beautiful team… great team work guys thank you!

$359 for service which included oil change and car wash, but apparently "no coolant leaks found as reported by customer" (yet in the photo is what I discovered when I popped my hood weeks after service and still smelling antifreeze). Also, no the loaner car isn't included if you make an appointment in advance unless you ask for it (should reduce the price by about $100 without it right? Nope, it's only included free of charge if you request it). Furthermore, why did we make an appointment when we had to sit there and watch many customers who were walk-ins go before us? Cant you be ready at the time of our appointment? We were ready! We had an appointment after all... Totally useless service department can't even imagine how disappointed we are. Never gonna see another dime of mine.
