It's been a while since I visited Church's because of the poor service and quality of food. I came today because of convenience and was pleasantly surprised. The young lady at the window was very friendly, had a smile and verified my order for accuracy. I believe the name is Tinsley or Kinsley. Food was hot and fresh. I only gave 4 stars because the drive thru speaker was not working. Keep up the good service Church's!!

Churches chicken, at least 45 years of goodness, today my wife took advantage of the Tuesday special and enjoyed it. In fairness Churches with all the personel changes has stood the test of time. I truly miss the rolls but that Texas chicken still bring back old Ben Hill memories.

Food is great side and dark meat ,while the white meat was seasonless. They are lacking alot in menu and sauces. But they lack of customer service is the real issue. They will be better with new or retraining the front in staff and management as well.

I was holding for 20 minutes then I waited for another 15 minutes on chicken but manager there was nice a young lady and the chicken was not good at all and I waited on fresh chicken for 35 minutes and it still wasn't good I don't know if they got new workers or what....

I like churches , but having a hard time finding a decent restaurant,, have had good food here before but it's like a hit or miss,, depends on the mngr on duty, and a lot of them S/%K, this particular day , the chicken had a weird smell to it, looked good but had a slight twang to it,, couldn't eat it wasted money had to cook anyway,, can anybody tell me where there's a decent Churches south side ATL?

Customer service not so go, a bunch of kids wouldn't matter if they could act professionally. Got the feed 6 only received one corn on the cob and large mash, no wings no legs and they said that all they had breast thighs, try to call phone busy
