Pizza Hut

I asked for a large cheese pizza, hand tossed with butter garlic on the crust. What I got was a burnt dry crispy sauceless piece of dough and same for the backyard bbq pizza I asked for. It’s sauceless and burnt! Who can’t get cheese pizza right??? PIZZA HUT that’s who! Messing up pizza since the day the doors opened

Sadly this one time they gotten the order wrong. I love pizza hut but when we received both pizzas today it was the wrong sauce on both, and the food was fine but a bit cold. Also I wish pizza hut would put back original crust for the pizza as default - it's very confusing when selecting what type of crust you want, when you end up with that flat version and think you order traditional. I love pizza hut so I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 it was a very disappointing day but gotta be honest with myself here I love the food.

A complete MISS!! Ordered online for a curbside pickup and it went ALL bad!! Quoted a 10-20 minute wait...I was already there so I waited patiently beyond the wait time. After about 25 minutes, I hit that I had arrived and was prompted to call the store to let them know I was there. Called the store, finally someone answered and I was told to come inside. There is a crowd of people inside and outside so I had to wade through the people. When I finally got inside, my order wasn't ready and neither were several other people. The young lady at the register was very rude and never took command of the situation. I was later told that she was the manager. In the chaos, a cook came out and at least started to get people's names in order to actually check on the orders. I waited an hour and 15 minutes total because part of my order was not made initially and when I got my Cinnabon minis, they were overcooked and under iced. Then, amidst the chaos, there were 2 employees walking around behind doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! One was dancing and the other was styling and profiling in his shades. I don't know what was going on but they need to do better!! Needless to say, I won't be returning to that location EVER!

This restaurant has the most unprofessional staff they are rude and disrespectful. I place an order online that had the option of delivery and to pay cash. They then called and stated no cash only card for delivery. I gave them my card info to update the payment method…I love my order at 9 pm they don’t close until 10 pm they then called bk at 9:30 to say there are no delivery drivers they don’t do delivery and then the caller proceeded to hang the phone up in my face . Definitely do not recommend this pizza store I wouldn’t even trust them with my food

Horrible experience with this location. I live 60 miles away from this location but I was ordering for my elderly father Father that is in a nursing home down the street and when I called and I guess got at a call center representative and made a delivery ordelivery order which came out to almost $30, 20 minutes later the store calls me and says that they're not doing deliveries at all and cannot deliver to the location. Pretty much the manager was very rude about the whole situation although I was now willing to come and get the pizza and bring it to my dad myself even though it would take over an hour and a 1/2 to get there and they weren't even willing to work with me on that and I never got my money back.. I'm very disappointed with this company now. I will never order from them again .

DON’T DO IT. If you do, you risk waiting 2.5 hours just for them to give your food to a Door Dash driver, and THEN the driver will cancel the order. They keep the money. The driver keeps your food. I honestly think it’s an inside job and they’re just scamming folks because there’s no way to check. It happened to me and other reviews sound similar. Honestly, the whole place needs to be thrown away. Put a Blimpies there or even a Crunchy Chicken. You can even put a tire shop there. Anything would be better than what they doing.

By far the worse pizza hut you can ever order from the last 3 online orders I place they cancelled them in the system and when you get there they say it was never an order. This was my last chance at this location. Management does not care I have left several reviews and complaints with cooperate with promises of doing better and nothing has changed
