Good customer service. The person was patient while I bypassed a technical issue with the app. I ordered fries and a drink. The fries were fresh and hot. The taste was pretty good. While a bit sweet for my personal taste, I did enjoy the the Mango lemonade. I'd go back to this location.

Went inside to eat, the cashier was awesome! Super nice and the food came out hot and fresh 🤩💜 plus they gave me a lot of cheese sauce which is amazing 🤩

The food was actually good. Ive only been to this Wendy's once, I would have given it 5 stars but I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and got one that was breaded. No big deal considering I had a large order.

They definitely not fast food. Probably better off spending that 10 and getting a fish plate Jamaican or "real food" they super slow. I can say though my order is always correct.

Imagine making a request for an order of fresh fries, hot out the fryer(expressing you’ll even wait the extra time for it), only to get to the window and see them refrying the old fries they had in the holder.
… The McDonalds across the street from them is even worse.

I ordered 2 biggie bags and when I received my food everything was correct but once I got home and bit into my burger it's was not done so I checked my other sandwich and it was not cooked all the way either!

They really need to do something about this Wendy’s in the morning they be at the drive thru window just talking and never take orders at the drive thru, people be in a rush or on a schedule before work so when you try to get breakfast you should be attentive to the drive thru and it’s always the same heavy set lady with the blonde braids I wait for 3 minutes and when I pull off it’s always her talking to someone instead of taking orders and I’m sure I’m not the only one no wonder people bypass them and go to McDonald’s across the street or Burger King up the street because this lady and that Wendy’s is just plain pathetic

Friendly staff. This location only that's pick up or drive thru orders. I appreciate the staff for coming in a doing there best with staffing issues, but 30 mins for a salad is the reason for 3 stars
