I wish I could give them 6 starts! The food was absolutely delicious. The cuts of meats where one of the best I’ve ever at a Brazilian Steakhouse. Another detail that blows me away was that the salad bar has ceviche which I’ve never seen. It was OUT OF THIS WORLD! Our server, Ernie, was very knowledgeable and his wine suggestion was spot on. Very attentive and always near just in case we needed something. The entire staff was friendly, polite, and very professional. I’ve been going to Fogo de Chao but Chama Gaúcha is my go to from now on. 100% recommend.

I have been to many fine dining restaurants, and I can say that this one is easily in my top three. It is unlike any other restaurant I've been to due to their unique dining style and overall attentiveness of the staff. Every single slice of meat I had was the best piece of my life. And the salad bar is so amazing and upscale. I can't wait to return here one day.

Clean upscale restaurants you don't have to have a suit and tie on but you must have on appropriate attire kinda dress nice but nothing major we had the $52 special which was all you can eat what that means is they come to your table and cut up different types of meat your entire visit until you flip your card over saying you dont won't anymore it also includes the salad bar it has different sides like rice salad etc.. meats were anything from steak chicken and shrimp nice clean environment we parked in the parking garage and they validate inside the restaurant

Omg amazing service. Took my baby here for his birthday because he LOVES meat lol we honestly came super late! Maybe 30 minutes before they were closing. Service was still great. They come around often and even make sure you get what you’re interested in. The staff paid attention to our cards and our drinks. Plates always had food when we wanted it and drinks were always refilled. I did buy some cocktail. It was nice and strong. Everyone smiles and it seems genuine so management must be good. if not. Wow! Great staff, their customer service is beyond exceptional. I don’t usually eat meat but tried a piece of chicken -I didn’t care for it lol the salad bar was amazing. I know nobody in their right mind would pay 50 dollars just to eat a couple wings and have the salad bar just to pay for a separate drink but I didn’t go for me and he loved everything he got, the pictures are his plate lol Cant wait to go again!

Welcoming atmosphere, nice food, skilled staffs. The servers were very well aware of what they are doing. They understand what I request, and do not miss any of my orders. The grilled steaks, especially picanha and ribeye, were so great. Plus, the lamb was phenomenal. Beef short ribs were very juicy, meaty, and perfectly tender in mouth. Fillet mignon with bacon was the only thing I did not find tasty. It had some tendon-like tissue inside, thus I couldn’t swallow. Besides, salad bar was very well organized. Fresh and well cooked vegetables went so well with meats. Especially, the heart of palm tasted so nice. I really liked the mood there, great vive. Some people were having b-day party, which seemed like a great choice! Overall, I strongly recommend Chama Gaucha, when you seek something exotic, but not too exotic.

I love dining here! The food and service is always exceptional!! They offer a great selection of meats. Lamb is my favorite! Last night we went to celebrate my birthday and they were so sweet and brought me a dessert 😊 I know alot of other places do that, but it's not usually creme brulee with happy birthday spelled out in chocolate 😂 It was soooo good. If you're trying to decide whether or not it's worth the money...it is, trust me! Chao!
