Review Pizza Hut - Atlanta

Ordered a large supreme with two ranches for pickup. Everything was perfect! Isaac was very friendly and helpful and welcomed me the second I walked in the door. I will definitely order pickup here again!

FOODIE HERE! Isaac and Kenneth are Great!! Another great experience for the books! If you are visiting this establishment, disregard that 2.9 not accurate!! The food is always fresh and hot. It’s delicious!! The pizza and the sweet chili wings were delicious. But if you are a critic like me that looks at health scores prior to dining, THEY HAVE 100!! Great customer service and a one hundred health score inspection, my family will always choose this Pizza Hut! Enclosed is a photo. My family indulged in the wings and the other pizza before I could get a photo, so I hope this photo represents well. “This” Pizza Hut for the Win!

The pizza was fresh, and was delivered before the 1 hour delivery time. The guy who took the order gave me the specials. Thank you. Excellent professionalism, customer service. The delivery woman was polite, nice, and professional. Pizza Hut is the best!!! Have a great day!!!!!

This is by far the best Pizza Hut I have visited, and I am a frequent customer because of the fast, efficient service and the food is ALWAYS fresh and tasty. The manager (typically serving customers at the front) is always smiling and helpful, and he is such a pleasure to speak to every time I come in to pick up my to-go order.

I had never eaten such delicious pizza. I loved it and I highly recommend it! Our friend bought it there and we love the pizza!

Pizza was ready on time, people were friendly and the pizza is fire. Former reviews look bad but I think there was an employee overhaul, my experience was great. Will be ordering from here again.

Love Pizza Hut! Great and friendly customer service! Called because our order was wrong…payed for original pan but was made thin crust.. no biggie! I just wanted to give a heads up and he offered full refund! We said we were ok but he insisted on the refund! We will be ordering more soon! Hubby eats Pizza Hut at least 3 times a week!

It's still good pizza, with the best crust EVER!! This was a shot in the dark and this pizza was meaty and cheesy... I just forget to add a couple of veggies. It's the pizza that I never leave the crust🤭🤗 Yet, I'm from Detroit and...we kind've didn't have a "pizza" per se, except for the Owner of the Red Wings (hockey)

I intended to order a large thin and crispy cheese pizza with extra sauce, well done. I forgot to mention the thin and crispy part, so I received the original crust. I was not at all disappointed. The pizza was made EXACTLY to my specifications and was delicious. The wait for carry out wasn’t long and the service was solid as well!

Ordered a pizza online at 3:45 p.m and received an email that it would arrive around 4:30 p.m. When i called at 4;50 p.m. because the order had still not arrived they informed me that their delivery driver had just clocked out and the next one would not be in until 5:30 and i would now have to wait until after 6:00 to receive my order. Very unprofessional. I will no longer be ordering from Pizza Hut at all. Looks like Papa Johns just received a new customer!

So I order a pizza on-line right, it took them 40 minutes to tell me that they did not have any drivers, I mean what kind of place is this ? I have been managing for at least 3 years and this is unacceptable, when I spoke with the manager he said that he didn't even know he had an online order...

3 hour wait for delivery on a Monday afternoon. Had to call 4 times to try and cancel because I kept being put on hold for 5+ minutes at a time. Worst service I've ever experienced.

So thanks for taking 70 minutes to delivery a cold pizza....

The worst service from beginning to end. I usually order from this Pizza Hut and honestly, I've had nothing but issues with them. Tonight, I placed an order at exactly 8:30. Online service said I would have my delivery for 9:00. My hate was buzzed for access at 9:25. Then at 9:32 someone knocked at my door. I live at the front of the complex so for them to literally take 8 minutes to my door was kind of ridiculous. So I open the door in the pizza delivery guy is standing there with what seemed like a facemask on, first red flag, says, "sorry so late"; hands me my pizza and looks at me for the money. I paid in cash, so I gave him two dollars for tip. Keep in mind the deliveries are added into the bill, so I wasn't going to give them any more than that. Especially since it was already over 30 minutes late. When I finally get a chance to feel this pizza box in my hands, I notice it's very dense and heavy. I put it down, open up the top, and everything is ice cold and damp. Like it's been sitting in this box for over an hour. They drenched the pizza in the honey siracha, not a drizzle. My cinnamon sticks were half covered in icing and have nothing. Breadsticks are hard as a rock. I immediately call Pizza Hut. The young lady who answered the phone, answered it exactly like this, "Pizza Hut hold!" 2nd red flag. I'm put on hold for exactly 1 minute and 48 seconds. Young lady picks back up and says, pick up or delivery place your order. I don't know what type of greeting this is but that's definitely not a good one. I tell her that I placed an order at 8:30 and it finally got to my house at 9:32, and it's completely cold. Then she says, "OK, do you want to speak to the manager or something?" Well, duh little girl, I have a pizza crisis! Then I'm put on hold for another minute. Another young lady gets on the phone, and says how can I help you? So again, I explain that I placed my order at 8:30 and my order was supposed to be here at nine since that's what the website said, and it arrived at 9:30 to completely cold with a dense wet box. This young lady statement was, yeah ok. Then I said the details of how my food was; cinnamon sticks, breadsticks and pizza. She's says "ok" again. (dead silence in the phone - air) So I break the silence and say, "what are you going to do about this?" She says, well we can make you another order and get it out to you to probably take about an hour, or we could just give you a credit." By this time it's almost 9;40 and I'm not going to wait another hour for a pizza box. So I tell her just go ahead and give me the credit. So have my credit for $15 and whatever change. She asked for my name, and all that info. I ask her for her name, which is Anisha. Ask her how long she's been the manager at this location, and she tells me just over a year. The reason I ask this information, what she was telling me what they can do, either get me another order or give me a credit, somebody's in the background telling her what to say to me. I can clearly hear them and then her repeat it; something like an echo. So I highly doubt this young lady has been a manager for over a year. I even question if I was even talking to a manager. I will get my credit from this location and then never use them again. This is by far the WORST Pizza Hut in Cobb county!
