Just got my order and they gave me free boneless wings . I had it on the list and took it off because I didn’t want to spend so much money and they gave it to me anyway . I really appreciated that . Thank you guys !

I went into the Old National location and put in an order for my office party.
Shirley greeted me and was very professional & helpful. She also helped me with making an adjustment to one of my pizzas. My order was ready at the requested time. Shirley's customer service was awesome! I will be back.

The takeaway was we ended up paying over $11 in tips and added fees. A $20 pizza ended up costing $32. I’ll definitely order again but this time I’ll go pick it up.

I ordered a veggie pizza and lemon pepper bone in wings. The pizza was hot and fresh. The wings, however, looked and tasted old. When I contacted the store I was immediately asked if I would like a fresh order., which I did. No attitude, no blaming. Simply good old fashioned customer service! Great
I’ve never had a bad experience with this Pizza Hut, the customer service is always AWSOME, the food is always on time and very hot, it absolutely so clean… I pick my pizzas up because I know the shortages of drivers with the 3 pizza companies I deal with. I give this Pizza Hut 5 Stars!!!!
