It's been years since I have been to Fridays. The food service and atmosphere was a surprise And a pleasant one at that. I had the bacon Ranch chicken sandwich with avocado. It was very good. The beer was cold the waitress was friendly and efficient . Even the lemon butter brocolli was amazing. Definitely will return to this location

Had an awesome time here with my girlfriend last night, we decided to have dinner her before our movie at the AMC across the street. The hostess seated us near the bar area when we asked for booth, was enough space for two but wouldn’t suggest more. It took awhile for our server to get to us but he was very on point and ready. We had the appetizer platter to start, I had a full rack of Apple butter ribs and my girl got the bacon cheeseburger. Everything came out hot and fast we didn’t have to wait long once we ordered. Our food was very good and the ribs really satisfied my craving I’ve been having all week!

Visited onna Sunday eve nd there was a live DJ, which was an interesting touch. Although, I didn't dine on anything but fries, they were seasoned well nd very tasty. As well, three ofda dishes I saw being served look good. The atmosphere was chill nd friendly. The drinks were also well-received. Makes the revisit list.

Me and a few friends came in for lunch. The Nov staff was very welcoming and friendly, and the facility was clean! Our server took our drink and app order promptly, soon after our meal order! There were a couple of issues with sides on a couple of our orders with the kitchen, but the issue was taken care of quickly. The food was awesome! Genesis, our server, was absolutely great. She was prompt, kind, professional! We work in this area, a lot, and will definitely be back because of her!

Just wanted to say that our waitress Alicia was absolutely amazing. She was kind and patient with our kids. Everything we ordered came out perfect and the food tasted great. We did have to wait about 30-40 mins but the service given by Alicia definitely made up for it.

First time here in a while especially with the pandemic. They follow social distancing procedures. They have sand sanitizers stations in certain areas. We had a fairly large group, they are able to accommodate us by sitting us in different tables, but next to each other. The food was good. I had the Bucket of Bones. Which is a half rack of ribs and chicken and fries. The reason for 4 stars because when you look up pictures what you actually receive is misleading especially as far as portions. But everything was well seasoned and the few ribs I received were delicious. The Cesar salad wasn't that good. The dressing seems to taste bland. I would definitely come back and try out some other options. For my meal it came out to 29.00 with a drink.

My server Alicia was the bomb! The atmosphere was very energetic. The customer service was terrific. I was in and out in less than 35 minutes! Can you believe that? This was a massive difference from my experience, the one in Florida. I’m glad this visit went well. I drove 3 hours to eat at my favorite restaurant because there’s not one in the state that I live in. It was worth it! It’s that Jack Daniel’s sauce on the ribs, you all!

Server was amazing. Food was typical TGI Fridays, except they didn’t have French Onion Soup. Got the sirloin, fries and a side salad. Topped it off with the cinnamon cheesecake! So very good!

The music was loud but when we asked to turn it down they did with a smile. I ordered the cheeseburger off the lunch menu for $10. It was tasty and the fries were delicious. My sister ordered a hamburger off the regular menu. They cooked it to order. It was good as well.

Almost didn’t come here because of the low ratings; but after looking through the reactive complaints, we took a chance while passing through the area for some late night bites. So glad we did!! The bartenders were super chill, kept it real, and has us laughing when we interacted with them. The food was super good as per their recommendations- try the fajita! The cheese sizzles and gets crunchy while the chicken was tender. Also the energy at the bar was super nice, everyone connecting, and even a nice gentlemen popped over with a smile and laugh- made us feel at home with all the regulars. ***Definitely ignore the bad reviews here unless you want a Togo and have high expectations when there is limited staff later in the evenings- then you might want to hit up fast food or care with a little extra patience as the waiters tend to play hostess as well. Even when we arrived the waitress apologized for the waiting time and said “don’t worry, I got you.” Yet, we just went to sit at the bar with some open seating there. Would pass by again for a late night bite after a long flight again. Thanks for the fun ✨💯

Great atmosphere and they were even playing music in the bar! Reggie was a great waiter and I would highly recommend this location and Reggie! Thanks TGIF it's way better than the one in Charleston SC for sure 👌🏽

This is about my 5th time eating at Friday's and every time it's a disaster the food is delicious the servers are friendly but there is a big void in the customer service it always takes too long to get drinks it always takes too long to get the food it always takes too long to get checked out and we had an issue yesterday where our server was not aware of something or did not let us know something and I just found it really strange that the manager just stood there with his hands behind his back did not show any interest in making our experience better and told us to call this number to fix our problem myself as a person that has worked in customer service over 20 years this was like a big huge no no but anyway the food is good the food is very good so I lunch turned into a 60-something dollar meal where one of us was supposed to been eating free and then we ordered shrimp as an extra side we didn't get the shrimp we left went and paid my rent deposited money in the bank and came back and they gave us the desert for not giving us the shrimp after all that we have been through Fridays is going to have to do better with their customer service the managers the GM's need to get more involved what's going on at the tables once they find out something is not correct at the table it should be there point of interest to hurry and fix the issue and that will in turn keep people happy and not posting comments like this so just letting you know there is a huge void in the customer service a huge one that needs to be addressed you should consider hiring me as a consultant I worked as a server over 20 years and I know the ends the out the ups and the Downs of customer service and what it takes to please a guest

The good: Our waiter was a very nice guy. The Bad: It took 25 minutes to get appetizers. I had to ask for my salad and wine after the appetizer came. I ordered red wine and it was cold (red wine should be room temperature). After an hour our food came. Jack Daniel chicken and shrimp. The chicken was over cooked and dry. Now I remember why I stopped going to Fridays on Campcreek.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! server got my order wrong, steak was dry and not made with the Jack Daniels sauce, what was supposed to be a full pasta dish looked like a half, drink was made incorrectly, took forever to fix check, manager took forever to come to our table, it was cold, bathroom was nasty. Not happy with this experience. Do better Camp Creek location! I came from Columbia, South Carolina looking forward to this meal and was totally disappointed.

We had the worst experience ever! 1. Didn’t even apologize for waiting over an hour for our food. Rather asked what time did we get there and then add that he came to work at 5p. 2. Asked how many tables does our waitress have. It doesn’t matter sir we are worried about this ONE. 3. Said he has to look at our check and see what he will do then. So we waited over an hour and all our orders are incorrect and cold and you have to SEE how to take care of your customer??? 4. Then you never come back to the table. 5. It’s my Birthday!! Our waitress and the other manager turned this terribly inexcusable experience around.

The waiters were off on their job. I had to ask for too many things. Ask for a second menu, they were out, ask for another set of utensils, ask for more napkins and beverages. The menu didn't hv what the other Friday had. So I had to order another menu item, the first food I ordered was not good. The fries were cold after having to order another menu item. The waiters didn't bring my food while hot. Cold fries, warm burger after having to order a second time and I ordered the burger well done and it was med well. Really pink. I will not be back to that location. I normally go to the restaurant on My Zion Rd. Thanks. The second waiter was more attentive and brought us our dessert. The first waiter didn't ask if we wanted dessert nor more beverages. We had to ask!!!!!! To be fair, it was busy, but etc etc etc.

The waiting time for us was only about 15 mins to get seated which is quicker than normal for a Saturday night. However, once my family and I sat down at our table there was a void of any servers. No one came to ask us what we wanted our beverages to be or nevermind handing us any menus. I was finally able to flag down the manager who seemed nonchalant about it. About 3-5mins later we were finally give menus. Our meal was ok but it took another 20 mins before I had to ask passing server for our server so we can get our check. I did ask the hostess to send the manager who never showed. This place is ridiculous. There was ample servers tonight but often they were gatthered by the hostess area chatting. I was able to type my complaint to corporate all whole waiting for our check. Second time in a row we have had a horrible experience.

Stopped in for food in between flights and the service was excellent and staff was really friendly. Place was clean and the food was great. My son really enjoyed the burger he ordered and the free refills.

We pop in here annually in transit, and feel the restaurant has gone down. The food was not bad, but irritating that the cocktails on the menu had no prices, and the staff not pleasant.
