Perhaps there’s a reason why this location is permanently closing on Aug 31, 2020 so when my sandwich looks like this, I can completely understand that they’re missing the mark when it comes to making great tasting sandwiches. For mine, the vegetables taste unsafe for human consumption. Hopefully the food passes quickly.

Customer service isn’t good. I visited this location around 8:10 during a weekday. When I arrived, no one was at front counter, after about 3 minuets the lady finally came from the back. I placed my order online and I was there at the time it was supposed to be ready, but the lady didn’t start making my order until I arrived. She made my food sloppy, she was just throwing it together and even though she had the receipt in front of her I still had to tell her what I wanted on my sandwich. She barely said 2 words to me and acted like I was a bother. This subway needs to do better and hire better people who are motivated to work. I feel like if you don’t want to work then don’t work but as long as you ARE working then do your job professionally it’s not that hard.

While I can understand running a business with one employee during a slow time on the weekend, it is unacceptable to have that employee be too busy taking a personal call to acknowledge you have entered the store for 2 minutes. This employee also did not wash her hands before making food and argued with us when she started making the wrong sandwich and we tried to correct her. Fairly certain she prepped the incorrect sandwich so she could eat it herself because she did not dispose of it but took it in the back where she was hanging out. Front of store was clean but we were not offered drinks or chips and were generally turned off by the employees lack of positive attitude. Despite visiting this location many times in the past, we will not be returning.

Meatballs were cold. Sloppy sandwich. Over priced. Had to get paper towels from the bathroom because the lady was too stingy to give more than 2 napkins (apparently they're losing money on napkins). Went to the counter to check the price and she jumped up out of the office to stare at me like i was going to rob the joint (after i swiped my debit card and paid for my food). I will NOT be returning.

Ordered just 3 scoops of tuna. Tuna tasted bad and had new/ old dry mixed together . She tried to charge me for a deluxe tuna $4.75 plus and an additional $,75. She brought it down to under $3 after I asked what was she charging me so she asked the person she had been talking to during the time of ringing me up.

Ive been working at the Lexus up the street for almost a year and I don't know how these ppl still have a job. They barely speak any English and will put stuff on the wrong sandwich or put wrong stuff on the right sandwich. It's been a year and still haven't gotten better I would go to another but my breaks are only 30mins

Employee working didn't know how to apply my discount and laughed at the thought me asking for her apply it as though it was an insult to her (I signed up for a discount that I get bi-weekly through their app) therefore I paid full price for my order, she made my sandwich with torn bread in which I asked for flat bread but they were out and I had to repeatedly give her my request on what I wanted on my sandwich which wasn't difficult became puzzled when I didn't want my cheese melted but I wanted my bread toasted along with my bacon that I added to my sandwich (am I the first person ever who didn't want their cheese melted). I'm a simple sandwich maker at Subway. I've been a loyal customer of yours for ages and this visit had to be one of my worse visit to a chain. 👎🏾
