Had a coffee date with my daughter at this location. The customer service was excellent just like my pumpkin chai latte! 😆 So looking forward to going back soon

Parking was an issue, seating was an issue, and line was an issue. The drinks were good and place was clean. Very popular, so just be prepared
Only complaint is the line of the drive~thru it just simply to small and you usually have to wait longer than expected to order.

I understand if you are busy and have a lot of customers. I even understand if maybe you have had a bad morning. That is NO REASON to have a bad attitude! No smile and when my order was taken no personality! I love the location and will come again but adjust the customer service.
