I love how early this location is open. It's very convenient for dark and early risers like myself. The staff is always cool and they always know you're name. Starbucks is like the Cheers of coffee houses.

This is such a great Starbucks location! I wish I took photos of the inside, but it is a great location/vibe for studying or a coffee date. The location, service, and staff are great. 100% recommend this Starbucks location.

Their coffee is REALLY strong, maybe it’s fresher than others, I go to 3 Starbucks regularly- Glen Iris by the midtown Whole Foods, Little Five or Church Street. They’re all good but I’ve never gotten a buzz except from this one at Colony Square

Staff are very nice and accommodating. They don't get five stars just because once I had a very early morning meeting and needed a case of coffee and I had to wait around 25 minutes it was supposed to already be done to get it filled up, but every other interaction with the team has been pretty great.
For example, today, I placed an order online, and apparently their system hadn't updated in time, so when I showed up, the food I ordered wasn't there. But they were aware of the issue and immediately let me know and asked whether I would like to opt out for something else or get a refund.
This place is incredibly busy too and they still manage to treat customers well. All around very impressed, and it's probably the best Starbucks I've ever been to in terms of service.

I have never wanted to write a review about Starbucks but this one deserves it! The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was really cool! The guy making coffees was very nice and had the best energy about him that filled the room! The girl who worked the register was a doll as well! Great experience and great people! Thanks Starbucks 😊

Came here while on a trip with my friend. They got my friend’s drink wrong but after remaking it both of our drinks were amazing :) The service was shockingly quick compared to other locations.

I have never been a huge fan of Starbucks but this location changed my opinions. Everyone working here is SO nice and welcoming. We've gotten to know most of the staff by name as well, and it makes it feel like your local coffee shop that way. Great staff here.

Truly my favorite Starbucks. I come here a few times a week and they never fail to make a perfect drink. Josh is on it at all times and a rockstar at his job. 10/10!!!!

Great location coupled with fast friendly service even on Starbucks standards. Has ample outdoor sitting, optimal for a full dose of people watching with you caffeine injection. If you enter through the office building there is a ramp on your left that allows you to avoid the stairs via a ramp.

I can't say the same for at least one other Starbucks I have visited often, but this Starbucks always treats me like I am special. They occasionally have given me something just for being a regular customer. I always like being there, no matter who is taking my order. Great place!

Really nice Starbucks. Good seating options inside where you don't feel like you're sitting at your neighbor's table. Service was prompt and when the register didn't automatically give me a current promotion, the person on tge register knew how to go in and fix it. They also have an outdoor seating area that's below sidewalk level, so despite being on a busy street it feels quite calm. Clean. Drinks came up promptly.

Great service. Quick, friendly staff. Same 'bux quality coffee you'd expect. Plus, they're walking distance from my office. I've only worked out of the cafe once, but when I did, it was comfortable, and the WiFi was reliable. They get crowded around the start of business day, and again during lunch, but outside of those rushes, the lines are non-existent. Very convenient.
